I was a newbie when I arranged my hypnotherapy with Keara and didn't know what to expect. Keara was lovely and put me at ease from the moment I arrived. I found the hypnotherapy sessions very relaxing and reassuring yet felt in control at every step. I wouldn't hesitate to see Keara again if I ever feel the need for more sessions. She is very professional and a delightful lady to be around.

I have had a few sessions with this lovely lady I was so pleased with the results she as helped me face my days in a way I just could.nt have done befor. Life seems so much brighter now and can.t thank her enough.xx

I found Keara on FB to help me to give up smoking after 30 odd years. I had my first session of hypnosis 6 days ago and the next 6 days I had only 1 cig a day. I was so amazed how I cut down without even trying hard. I met with Keara again tonight for my 2nd and final session and I can honestly say I feel so good and very positive about not having another cig again.

Keara is very friendly and made me feel so comfortable, definitely recommend this lovely lady �
