The pineal, also called the third eye is a small pea sized gland located towards the back of the brain. The brain has approx 100 billion neurons / nerve cells - (about the same amount of stars in our galaxy!) - many of these concentrated at the pineal gland.
Scientifically we know this gland is responsible for the production of the hormone melatonin. Melatonin is associated with our wake/ sleep patterns & the quality of our sleep. There are many ways in which the pineal gland.../ third eye can become blocked & even toxic causing insomnia, sinus issues, headaches, migraines, brain fog, anxiety & lack of clarity.
The glare from your computer screen can have a negative effect on this gland. This months exercise is a short 5min exercise for you to use daily for the next 30 days.
Spiritually, this gland is associated with our psychic connection, ability to receive information/ visions / insights & higher consciousness.
The pineal is a hugely powerful spiritual portal in fact that links the human being with higher realms/ dimensions. The use of meditation & yoga are regularly practised to activate these higher dimensional frequencies to allow us to awaken to our higher states of being and unlock our higher potential.
An open third eye allows us to see the bigger picture of life's challenges & remain established in the only only truly stable place on the Earth - our soul - as we open this portal we also open to seeing the world through the eyes of Source.

Ho'ponopono is a mental, emotional, physical & spiritual cleaning exercise that asks Source to press the delete button & transmute any negativity we are unconsciously creating throughout the day...because we are ALL doing this. It's not our fault - it's our conditioning.
The intention is to create transformation for the world and yourself through taking full responsibility & control of the steering wheel to allow your soul & higher consciousness to guide you to more empowered or neutral thoughts & feelings as situations arise in your day to day life through raising your level of consciousness.
