What a little treasure this place is! Been searching for a place like this for a while. The service was amazing and the food is out of this world 100% be visiting here again.������

Went for lunch today. Great, freshly cooked food and plenty of it. We were served by a lovely,polite and attentive man, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitly be going back. Highly recommend

We went to Meet & Eat on Saturday night & had a fantastic experience. We were a group of 4 ladies & every one of us were really impressed with the food & service. All our food was hot & tasted amazing & the owner couldn't do enough to please us. To top it off it was fantastic value for money. We will definitely be returning & I have already started to recommend it to all my friends. Thank you to everyone at Meet & Eat for a wonderful evening.

Was excited to try this out & they more than lived up to expectation! The food was superb, great sized portions & really authentically tasty! Despite 2 somewhat loopy children with us, they were really welcoming with great service. We’ll definitely be back!

Visiting my sister in Bury and came to Meet &Eat for lunch; food was amazing and tried Turkish coffee for the first time. Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentitive. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Staff made you feel very welcome and could not do enough for you nothing was too much bother. Will definitely be back. Would highly recommend this restaurant particularly if you are looking for something different.

Popped in before we went to The Met, really fresh , authentic Middle Eastern food. The staff are attentive and friendly and the food was spot on. Definitely would recommend!

I'd never heard of Meet and Eat before, but we decided to order a takeaway from here based on the reviews. We're glad we did as the food was great! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting Lebanese food. It's just a shame that it isn't more well known as we've walked past it before and never realised it was a Lebanese restaurant! We'll definitely be eating/ordering here again though!

I have come across Meet & Eat Bury here on Facebook and been meaning to try it as soon as, based on the pictures and the reviews. A few days ago, I decided to get a takeaway via Just Eat and to my surprise Meet & Eat Bury came up. I had to order right away to check them out. I am NOT easily impressed, as I am very passionate about cooking at home from scratch myself and takeaways in high quality are rare to find. The food was 20 min earlier than expected and I received a call prior to delivery. When the food arrived, it was delivered by the restaurant's owner himself, how often do you see that right? He stopped for a little chat and took the food even upstairs, I live on the second floor. Fantastic first impression. The food itself was hot and out of this world, no kidding, as I said earlier, I am not easily impressed. I ordered a LOT and finished it all. The chicken is divine, the rice cooked to perfection, the salads so refreshing and delicious. The tomato soup with the bread outstanding, the pickles fantastic and as for the desserts, simply out of this world. This food is of the highest quality and one thing stands really out: This food is cooked with a lot of love and passion and delivered in the same way. 10 out of 5 from me and I will be back, a lot. Meet & Eat Bury you got yourself a new regular and I will recommend you to anyone any day.

Finally.....we made it into Meet &Eat on Saturday to try out main meals. I had called in just after they opened and Sami had insisted upon my having a complimentary drink and homemade biscuits. We decided to try the hummus as there are such variations in taste and portion size. So glad we just shared one....huge dish and homemade flatbread style pitta.

I did not have to look at the menu to choose my main..I could still smell the delicious aroma of the lamb cooking from when I originally called in weeks ago so lamb chops it was. Brian had the kafta kebabs.

Mine tasted so good and that was not just the lamb but the salad and the rice. Both far better than I can recall having anywhere else. No extra seasoning or sauces needed and we were offered extra if required( thanks to having the hummus though we struggled to finish what we had!)

Though there is no alcohol available, Sami has no objection to customers bringing their own and I believe that any corkage payment is at your discretion. However the soft and hot drink options are very reasonably priced. Service is exceptional and the refurbishment has given new life to the old building. I really do hope that this business succeeds and more people try their delicious food. The menu is not a massive one but I believe that they must be working to the rule of concentrating on getting a few choices perfectly presented rather than trying to serve up many but mediocre meals. I sincerely hope that they will do well.�
