Mekoro Labradors is run by Sinead Wilkinson. Here I train and compete labradors in field trials and tests as well as breeding quality working gundogs from fully health screened parents. Mekoro puppies can be found across Western Europe as well as the UK.
Mekoro Labradors Description
Mekoro Labradors is based in Everingham, East Yorkshire, where it is owned and run by Sinead Wilkinson.
I train and compete my own labradors for Field Trials and Working Tests, working hard to ensure that all my dogs are trained to the best of their ability.
I offer obedience and specialist gun dog training on a one to one basis. My facilities allow training in sugarbeet, woods, cover crops and water environments.
Alongside the training, I have my own breeding line in which I am focusing on producing quality gundogs which are representative of their breed, capable of working in the field and being of a good temperament.
Litters are purely bred following strict ethical standards. All my dogs are CNM, PRA, SD2, EIC DNA Clear and low Elbows, Hips and current clear Eye tests as a minimum standard.

Walked up sugarbeet cold game training. Spaces tomorrow (thurs 20th) and next week (thurs 27th). 2.15/2.30pm until 4.30pm. £25 per handler. Pigeons and partridges tomorrow. Next week: ducks, teal, pigeon and partridge.

Summer training schedule (from 31st July-29th Sept) is:
Walked up sugar beet training every Thursday from 2nd August until 6th Sept (2.30pm-4/5pm time finish dependent on group size). £25 per handler and its a drop in. Just let me know if you are coming.
The walked up training will most likely be cold game, but if I cannot get anyone to throw then it will be dummies and launcher (if people would like!).
... 6 week Puppy training course (10weeks-18months). 5.45-6.45pm on Tuesday evenings from 31st July for 6 x consecutive weeks.- 3 spaces available, this is pre-book for the full course only. £40 deposit secures.

Puppies growing by the day now. Weigh day tomorrow... we will see who has been eating all the meat 🥩😂 hmm and I think one of the puppies wants to do agility when they are big enough 😳😂 🐕 !!

Nearly 2 weeks old the puppies are thriving, which is amazing seen as Tess does her best to convince me to take her out training 😂!!
One tired Tess after delivering 10 puppies in the early hours of Tuesday morning ☺️🐶 I am a very proud grandmummy and now baby George will have some dogs a similar size to play with 😂

Great trainer, always happy to help with any problems and encouraging handler and dog development. Also great for residential training only problem being when you take your dog home it becomes evident the problem is not the dog it's the handler😊
Got my pup at 8 weeks old on Sunday. He's big healthy and happy. Travelled better and sleeps better than my kids. 48 hours in and he's already whining at the back door to tell me when he needs out. Great pup.
