Do’s • Check with your doctor or midwife before starting any exercise • You must stop if you start to feel ill or have any discomfort... • Eat well and often • Make sure you drink plenty • Have plenty of rest • Pelvic floor exercises
Dont’s • Start to exercise when pregnant unless under guidance • Exercise laid on your back if after the 1st trimester • Do high impact activities to avoid been hit in the stomach • Over do it listen to your body

I started this journey in the summer holidays, I hadn't lifted weights for a couple of years and had zero confidence.
Now I am stronger, fitter and so much more confident. Mel has been by my side to push me and support me. This isn't the end of my journey I still have a way to go but I know that Mel will help me continue on my way.
