The name Mellow originates from a childhood knickname given to me by my family and friends, as this name carried a fair reflection to my personality. This carried on to adulthood and as a part of my business name that was bestowed upon me and is now a representation of my company which in essence is a part of me that im extremely proud of.
After working as a qualified chef for more than 15 years, managing and working in some of the top restaurants and hotels in the west midlands i decided to persue my dreams of having my own catering company.

We are a specialist caterer supply Ranging from Sandwich Lunches, Homemade Savouries, , Providing daily lunches for corporate / office establishments, and Home made cakes. our buffets include vegetrian, westindian, vegan, meat and fish platters , we can also create custom Buffets to be tailored to your specific needs.
We offer a range of outside catering services for all kinds of functions. These are as follows, catering for weddings, aniversarys, special family occasions, and group celebration.

We will set up the buffet on a suitable table or surface within your venue and cover if necessary, if that option is not available to you we can provide tables with a number of upscale table coverings or paper banqueting cloth all of which can be presented for your choice.
