Mendip is an expanding, dynamic business that is looking for its newest team members. You will be required to run activities for a range of clients in a variety of locations, both locally and nationally. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team and have a passion for delivering exceptional activity sessions. In house training will be given in all our activities which are not covered by NGB qualifications. Other benefits include free recreational skiing/snowboarding and a training budget.
Essential experience and qualifications
- Full UK Driving license
Desirable experience and qualifications
- Valid SPA/RCI - D1 Licence + CPC - BCU L1+ - LCLA L1+ - ML - BASI L1 / SSE L1 and above - NRSA - GNAS - Duke of Edinburgh Supervisor/Assessor - BOF - MBL - Bush craft experience - Knowledge of team development and initiative exercises - Enjoy a varied and challenging programme - Strong communication skills - Good presentation skills - Work well under pressure whilst remaining prompt and professional - Experience working in the outdoor industry - A positive outlook and ability to work as part of a team
