Mer-Tech Automotive Repair Centre

Took my BMW520D for a wet carpet that I got in my driver rear side and the guys managed to find the fault and fix it within 2hrs I was amazed cos this was bugging me for weeks.
Very honest and genuine guys. Will use them again for defo and recommend to anyone.

Tried this garage on the advice of a friend. Really glad I did. managed to get my car booked in with them really quickly and got a free courtesy car too. absolute bargain compared to what another garage quoted me for the work. Will definitely be back.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced car initially in for a service arranged collection no one came to collect ended up taking car to them collected courtesy car which had no fuel in it. Collected my car engine management came on within 1/4 mile of leaving garage took car back had car from 1230 on Tuesday till I finally got car back 1330 on Saturday no courtesy car. Was promised to be contacted on several occasions even told by reception I was going to be her first contact next day never rang every contact was made by myself I used this garage because of the reviews as recently moved to hull and don't know the area but will never use again..

I have a Skoda Superb which was rather sick and in "limp" mode due to a badly blocked DPF system. I had been told by a Skoda Main Dealer that they couldn't clean or repair it but, they could offer to replace the system with new parts which (including labour and VAT) could be achieved for approximately £2,500 - £3,000!
Sadly, due to a combined attack of good sense and possible visits from a poverty fairy, I was not in a position to take them up on their very generous offer.
Luckily, after a few weeks of futile searching, and much hand-wringing, I approached Mr Google of inter-web fame.
In early June of this year, I found the Mertech Automotive wonder-gnomes on Hessle Road who immediately promised an answer to the exhaust problems.
The rest is history - wonderful, clean service, first class customer relatations at a fixed price with no surprises. The car is now in perfect order AT A TENTH OF THE ORIGINAL QUOTE !!!
I have subsequently had Mertech provide a new MOT - again, highly satisfied.
I cannot recommend Mertech highly enough and take great pleasure in leaving this revue.

Mer-Tech were recommended to us by a friend. We had our car serviced and were more than happy with the level of service provided. The staff could not have been more helpful, the customer service really is outstanding, unlike other garages we have been to in the past. I would not hesitate in recommending Mer-tech and will definitely be using them in the future.

Used Mer Tech for the first time to have my automatic box serviced on my Merc C250. Gear changes smoother and at the right time now. Pleased with price and car was still clean inside when I got it back. i.e no oily boot marks inside like some garages. Would use again.

I have been using mer tech for years. I find them incredibly trustworthy and reliable. Unfortunately I have needed large as well as smaller routine jobs doing (head gasket and clutch for example) which have been done to a great standard with no need to return ever. I have used other mechanics but it has always been to my regret!
