I have recently got an A class, was my first ever Mercedes and automatic car. The staff are friendly. I couldn't ask for more in regards to a car hand over. Being my first automatic and Mercedes they went into fine detail about my car, also took me out for a little drive before I drove it home. The receptionist are friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I have just purchased an E 220 amg line estate with the premium plus package. Martin Cooke made the experience an absolute pleasure, from start to finish nothing was to much trouble in fact he made it seem like a pleasure to be of help. His expertise is immense, the welcome genuine and sincere, not just another sale. We felt privileged to buy the car, and believe me we are. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Martin Cooke. I recently had my car MOT done at Robinson, I received excellent service, my car was collected by Neil, one of the Service Advisors, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After passing the MOT my car was returned to me lovely and clean. Perfect service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Had a test drive today and cannot praise the sales team enough for their professionalism and friendliness and no pressure to buy! EDIT: I bought a new car a few days later and received the most excellent customer service and am very pleased with my new Smart ForTwo!

Just called at 5.05pm on a Tuesday. They're open until 6.30pm. Rang for 8 minutes.....no answer. Gave up. I'll call a different MB. May I suggest hiring someone to answer the phone....that should be the least of your customer service.

Have had multiple issues, mostly arising from lack of communication. From initial contact to today it has been over 4 months so far with an on going warranty claim, to which I still have no answer as to whether work will go ahead.

To be fair, this is not all Robinson's fault, but they have so far lied to me on where my claim was in the process, which forced me to contact MBUK in error and have on more than 10 occasions (estimate) failed to call me when either arranged by them or requested by me. If they had managed my expectations accordingly, this would not be an issue, but instead they give me little information to which I have to chase as best I can.

I appreciate the apologies when I raise these issues, but apologies and no action or change give me no confidence in this organisation.
