BUSS 509 SUPER SPICED RUM It is wonderful as a straight or on the rocks drink. A natural sweetness with beautiful hints of ginger, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon zest, orange zest and vanilla. An instant hit. Straight from the rum shack.

Poppies Gin... distilled during the First World War by Charles Rubbens. Named in tribute to those who fought... This Gin was a beloved delight enjoyed behind the frontlines by British Soldiers & their Officers. It gave them strength & courage & let them forget for a moment the hard & cruel war...... The Rubbens Gin Distillery was founded in 1817 in East Flanders , the birthplace of gin. It had humble beginnings as a farm but with the quantity and quality of grain and malt being produced they decided to make their own jenever.

Brouwerij de Kazematten is a brewery in Ypres, Belgium, which proudly incorporates both local ingredients and WWI history into its beers. Named after the dark-humoured “trench gazette” of the British soldiers who were based in the town, the Wipers Times 14 is made with local “Blessed Thistle” and hops. This Belgian Pale Ale has a nice blend of flavours and aromas: grass, mango, peaches, herbs and a grainy maltiness. The rather sweet flavours are tempered with a distinct, yet subdued, bitterness. Its smooth, creamy quality is finished with a lingering dryness. Very refreshing and very nice.

I’d forgotten how nice this cheeky little chappie was. Bruges Zot... the ‘Fool of Bruges’ from the Half Moon Brewery that transports it beer to the bottling plant under ground to protect the historic city from heavy goods vehicles 🍻
