Very clean, comfortable beds, good shower and rooms very comfortable, very good breakfast, plenty of choice and the staff happy to help with requests. All staff from reception through to housekeeping all friendly and helpful. A rare treat to find such a good hotel.
Thank you to all the hatfield oak staff! I've been here for a year amd they have treated us all amazingly! Nothing was too much trouble special thanks to marie, Nicola, abby & jodie on reception, Tony ,Adam & Abbie in the restaurant and of course Katherine the hotel manager and all the other staff members lovely place to stay x

My time in England is over. I have really enjoyed my time in the work placement and my stay at the hostfamily. Thanks a lot for hosting me and thank you at the hotel for show me all this things.
I'm 67 years old and I've been in hotels round the world. The staff in this one and the food will rank as one of the best.
I use the hotel fortnightly whilst working away from home for 3-4 nights. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble, rooms are clean and freshened everyday... Bar area can be a little noisy at times but that's just hotel life. Tried a few others in the area and always come back here ... Home from home and always greeted with a smile....
Great hotel and very clean. Stayed for 1 night 19/01/18 for a murder mystery event and had a really good time. Excellent food and accommodation as well as very helpful approachable staff. Definitely will go back.

Nice greeting on arrival lovely spacious clean room and very comfortable bed and nice shower and bath
Breakfast was amazing plenty of choices and gluten free options.
Stayed one night for dinner which was nice.
Very handy for trains to London parks and Harry potter experience.
Always stay here when visiting London area great hotel food always good. Rooms very clean and plenty of space/storage. Staff friendly and helpful always prepared to go the extra yard to make out stay enjoyable.
Our room was very clean and comfortable bed a tad hard.. It looked like they may have had a re fit in the bedroom, but this was of a good standard and good quality linen. The bathroom let the room down and needed a refit... Rusty shower trim and areas patched up with filler and the bath had seen better days... The towels were like sand paper but good toiletries available... And regardless of this the bathroom was clean... Plenty of tea and coffee available in the room a biscuit would have been nice. The staff on reception very helpful and the night porter also very helpful and polite.. Clean reception area and bar but the bathrooms in the reception area again let this place down.. All in all would of got a 5 star 🌟 if the bathrooms had been better.. But would stay again..
Just what we needed. Situated in a great place. Visiting the Warner brothers Harry potter tour. Conveniently placed, nice room and a very comfortable bed.
Hotel itself was lovely, my room was amazing (executive room) although a little hot, staff were really good and my request to be situated on the ground floor ,due to having a newborn baby and attending an event at the hotel, was met. Unfortunately we had a major issue with several of the neighbouring occupants but this was addressed to some degree by the management although considering the severity of our complaint about the issue I do think it was handled with less importance than it should have been.
Not enough electric sockets...bed squeaked and bouced..sealant round bath needs redoing but the shower was fab x
Too hot to sleep with the windows closed too much road noise to sleep with the windows open �
They need to plant a bank out trees to reduce constant drone from the A1M

The rooms were very nice. But the quality of food was shocking. Over priced for the size of portion. 6 chips served with fish. 1 pork chop a few sweet pot fries and no sauce as on menu. Long wait. Waited 15 mins after we ordered to say no pizza. No cutlery bought out to eat with. Rude manager that talked down to customers. Had to get refund so beware eat else where. Won't be ruturning
Needs bringing up to date though it was very tired and needs air conditioning picture on web sight needs changing miss leading as it looks nothing like that .
The food was absolutely awful....would not recommend to anyone....fire service need to check the storage ...floor to ceiling linen and chemicals stored in the electricity cupboard which I have forwarded to the fire service as people staying here are at risk..absolutely irresponsible...place needs to be closed before there is a complete disaster
