Merrivale Model Village

Great family attraction, lots to do, free mini golf, quiz sheet etc, interactive buttons. Halloween was fun, looking forward to the new Christmas season. Great excuse for a hot chocolate in the tea rooms to warm up. Play on the old penny machines, and grab a gift or two in the gift shop, there is something there for all ages.

Fantastic tourist attraction. This was £1 entry per adult and my 3 yr old was free for entry throughout the day.

This little gem was loved by us as it was amazing to see and kept us amused for over an hour. The detail and interaction on some of the models is brilliant.

Very picturesque. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend and great for kids. The courtyard cafe was very accommodating to people's dietary requirements. I was very impressed with their gluten free menu range. Will be back!!

well kept and maintained little place for family stroll, albeit a tad dated, but plenty to see & chat about. staff we saw appeared keen looking after flowerbeds and mechanisms (trains, speakers etc) alike. very busy cafe with nicely priced food selection. went back in for second/evening visit for some crazy golf and to see the park illuminated.

Beautiful place. Some of the things there have clearly been there for years (like the dirty toy cars), would be a idea to change them up maybe. Flowers are beautiful as I've added to my review. Gardener on site the 2 times we went, clearly knew what he was doing. Nice staff. Golf was basic, not really kept tidy and the attention is on the scenery, there was no pencils for the scoring cards and the stuff was just shoved in the corner. Toilets were really run down too. But I myself am reviewing the model village part which I loved and always have.

Good to look around . The old penny arcade is good . The cafe at the end is very nice. You can visit there without seeing the village too.

This was our second visit here the kids loved it! And the adults too there are a few adult humor references around the place and the kidsove watching the train go around the park and pressing all the buttons also the mini golf is a big winner too, I do think admittion is slightly over priced but the place is so well looked after and cared for and they update things regularly so I guess it makes up for it :)

Set in 1 acres of land there loads of different types of model buildings to see fantastic gardens and koi ponds there a small crazy golf included in the price as you leave the garden there is an old penny arcade and nice tea room too. Site is wheelchair friendly with disabled toilet on site.

Fantastic area and excellent models. Good tearoom too woth great gift shop. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you for a good afternoon.
