A wonderful shop and a great and helpful bunch of people. Of course we can all have our off days,Milli! and a little bit of understanding would go a long way. and you should try to be a little more compassionate too. Lets just say that someone is going through a rough patch, can you imagine how your comments could help them. Milli, Liverpool is a wonderful and friendly town. and I ,M sure that, on reflection , you regret giving offense. . , " its easy, all you need is love" said a famous Liverepudlian., so, peace and love.

Disappointed. Joe the mechanic arrived to repair a seal on the washer.
No hello, no communication and went ahead with the job.
Only the seal was faulty and yet they insisted on charging £65.00.
I refused and then received wording which consisted of " Its up to you love".
Customer service is very low on this mechanics radar and to add insult to injury, his personal hygiene left a lot to be desired.
His collegues must notice.
I will never use, or indeed recommend again.
Poor all round company.

This Company visited my apartment it took them 3 weeks and numerous calls with no responce to get a costing for a repair after 5 weeks and me finding another company to do the repair within 24hours. a week later we recieved a call from MDA I informed them the repair has now been done Paul the owner informed me I would have to pay for the call out charge when I informed him due to the time frame I had no option than to go elsewere! He became very abrupt and very unprofessional! All I can say is get a cost on there visit or you will be paying for call out charges and no service.

Rang them about a broken dishwasher and they came out the next day with a solution & quote.

We rang them back in the afternoon to carry out the repair but Unfortunately the issue wasn't what they thought and it would've cost a lot more to fix which we decided not to go ahead with - fair enough however they left the whole front panel off and wires on the dishwasher exposed.

They said they'd have to charge a call out fee (we'd already paid them a fee the same morning) if we wanted them to put the door back on (integrated dishwasher) as it would've taken another half an hour.

We've got two young children so this is a major hazard! My partner eventually managed to put it back together once he had found the screws they had removed which had been put in one of our babies bottle tops?!

Really disappointed at the service we've received from them today.
