I’m so happy that pretty much all of you are continuing your Pilates journey with Merton Ladies Health & Fitness next half term. Today is the last day for priority booking. I’m teaching my last Thursday evening classes of the year tonight. I love teaching both classes but the rest of this year is looking a little hectic in my mad house, so Im handing both classes over to @christinaspilates you will all be in great hands and will learn a lot from her slightly different teaching methods. Balls, balls & more balls! I’ve always been slightly limited as to what equipment I can transport/store for my classes. Week 6/6 what a great half term it’s been. Progress all round has been amazing. I love setting you all little goals and homework whatever your level and watching you master moves you never thought your body was capable of. I have some great small equipment on order for myself and Christina to use in all classes to keep lessons , fun, effective and challenging.
All courses are 6 weeks and still only £50. All current clients have priority booking till Friday 19th October when I will open up booking to the waiting list and new clients.
Remember if you book on to any of these courses you will have priority booking for all January courses which will be run termly. You don’t want to miss out! 💪🏽
January 2019 courses start Saturday 5th January and will run for 12 weeks £100 with 1 week break for half term.
I truly believe this is the most important half term of the year to keep physically & mentally well and to keep the body mobile. So get booking and don’t miss out. X

Due to popular demand Merton Ladies Health & Fitness are starting a brand new BEGINNERS PILATES CLASS on Thursday 1st November 10.15am-11.15am, 6 week course only £50 at The Residents Pavilion 129 Grand Drive.
This class is for ladies of all ages that have never done pilates before but want to try the method, learn the basics and progress to our other classes.

I have so much to say on this but I’m going to keep it short and sweet. Be kind, be understanding, any kind of bad mental health is awful to go through. I’ve been there, I’ve come out the other side and I will keep battling my demons. We are making progress but still have so far to go. I love the fact my clients will often message me saying they are not mentally well today so don’t think they will make a class. We all know exercise can help but I also know sometimes you just can’t face it. Mentally well or physically well are just as important as each other and need to be respected accordingly. To all my fiends, family & clients I will always be a non judgemental ear if you need to talk or offload. #mentalhealthawareness #worldmentalhealthday 💚💙💜

Good Morning. I’m back teaching Pilates tomorrow morning at 7.30am & 8.30am 😃 Both classes are Mixed Ability and both classes have space due to sickness/holidays.
Please note... Make up classes can NOT be carried over to next half term.
You have 2 weeks left this half term to make up any missed classes. I teach 8 classes a week and you are welcome to any Fitclub or Pilates class. There is always lots of movement so I can always fit you in. Please just let me know which class...es you plan on coming to as a make up.

The Thursday 0915 fitness session is fabulous and the first organised group fitness I've pretty much ever done, as too frightened by gyms! Najet makes it fun, varied and adapted to fitness or health issues. Whilst it's pay as you go, it's now a regular part of my weekly diary.... Can really feel the difference strength wise and always feel good afterwards

Merton ladies fitclub and Pilates are absolutely fantastic classes. I have been attending classes for a while now and I have really felt the benefits. Not only is Najat a wonderful and motivational instructor, the type of ladies that I have met are so inspirational and very friendly. They are of all abilities, shapes and size that I really don’t feel out of place at all. Najat tailors the classes every week so you are continually challenging and pushing yourself. She will always push you if she feels you can go further.

Local and thoroughly enjoyable Pilates classes. I’d normally have given up on a class by now, Najat is amazing and I love going to the classes every week.

I'm more a couch potato than a fitness freak and am totally uncoordinated, but I really am loving this class. The fast pace and variety is perfectly balanced. It hurts like hell but the sense of achievement at the end is fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend to the mums out there to try it out after school drop off. It will set you up for the day.

I am so pleased that Najat has set up this fitclub, Her classes give a physical challenge, while also being fun, uplifting and get results. Najat is a great motivator and clearly knows her stuff. Her classes cater for all, are varied and hit every muscle! I always come away feeling great, and would highly recommend giving them a go.

Highly recommend Pilates with Najat!

Fabulous and fun. I used to hate exercise and had horror of classes but this group has totally won me over. Really friendly and you can work at your own pace. I am doing things that I really didn't think I could do anymore! I would highly recommend giving it a try.
