I am a fully trained Clinical Hypnotherapist registered by the General Hypnotherapy Register and The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. I attended courses at The Proudfood School of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy and Innervisions School of Clinical Hypnosis. I am currently working towards a diploma / degree in Human Givens psychology at Mindfields College.

Hypnotherapy is allied to psychotherapy in that it uses hypnosis in a therapeutic manner. I am utilising the Human Givens appraoch to develop suitable tools to impact the effectiveness of results in clients.

I have also trained with Karl Dawson for EFT Matrix Reimprinting.

I utilise skills to induce a heightened state of relaxation and altered state of conscious awareness to apply the effective use of guided imagery techniques. This enables me to draw a client’s attention to new ways of thought, emotions and behaviour and is used to help people overcome a range of psychological conditions, behaviours and ways of thinking.
