We went here tonight for our date night, we were sceptical at first due to some of the negative reviews. However there was no need! From the friendly and welcoming staff to the amazing, cooked to perfection food it was definitely one of the best places we have been and we will certainly be going back very soon. Thank you �

We booked in for a birthday meal with 20 of us. The service was excellent. I liked that they brought the children's meals first as they can get a little bored waiting. Not one complaint from the whole family. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Visited Friday lunch time with my friend as a pre wedding treat. Took advantage of the lunch time menu. Wow what a lot of choice. Both courses were large portions. Piping hot and the taste was amazing. Both staff that served us were well presented and very polite and attentive. The place was spotless. Had a lovely afternoon. Will be visiting again soon. Thank you mezzo.

Service was excellent. Wasn't left waiting for a table. Food came to the table as we sat down. And was amazing! The lasagne was mouth watering. Wasn't badly priced however the wine was quite expensive by the glass. Other than that a very good night. Would like to go back

Had a baby shower three tables booked yesterday, all went for the 12.95 Sunday offer, the food was simply amazing the portions for a set menu were huge, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The service was fantastic we didn’t wait long at all especially when we had such a large group. I will definitely be coming back and I’ve told plenty of people about the experience today. Thankyou

Absolutely fabulous managed to accommodate a party of thirty and serve us all together food delish and hit and service impeccable ! Thankyou made mums 70th birthday extra special lovely place 😃

Absolute 5 * the lasanga was amazing we came here with friends! we were first timers and what a great first time.( defo be back now) Decor and roof top was simply stunning. Food amazing and all staff lovely. Really really enjoyable evening xx

A beautiful meal with the family, celebrating our daughter's birthday. A lovely venue and the food was superb (duck, lamb, steak, veal - all delicious). Not cheap but fully recommended.

The waiter was attentive and polite.we were seated in a booth area, the table was well set but the chair was a little low and uncomfortable compared to the other seating . The food was delicious and Peroni never fails to impress, we had the 2 course special at £12.90 pp and was excellent value with a wide range of dishes. A very good first time visit will deffo be returning for another meal�. For early evening the restaurant was busy enough but not overly busy,only comment was about the choice of music in the background, would've preferred Italian or classical/ Opera not the light rock that was playing.

Lovely place to eat. Nice decor. Nice food. Service was a bit slow but it was mothers day. So this was understandable.

Salmon dish was the best my mum had anywhere. Drinks are expensive and be careful ordering lager- they have bottles of becks but don't make it clear that they are alcohol free. Fortunately they were nice enough to exchange for real lager so it didn't spoil the night.

Beautiful spacious venue...stunning 5 star decor...great parking and easy access. I went at lunch time...only ourselves and 1 other couple there...which seemed a shame as it was all set up. Staff were lovely and attentive and food arrived quickly. The food was nice but ive had better. The pasta could do with bigger pieces of vegetables or meat to break it up as it wasnt interesting enough on the plate...or on the palate. My ravioli dish was topped with too much tomato based sauce which sadly overpowered the taste for me..the batter on the calamari was thicker than ive had before but was nice enough. It was presented well. The garlic bread was beautiful...Id eat there again though as it was a lovely place with home cooked food which i enjoyed. I think it would be a fabulous place for parties and large groups...id recommend Mezzo.

First it took nearly a hour to finally get shown to our table which I found was a bit odd as we were sat in a booth.. .round table lamp shade in the middle I thought it was more like a contact the dead table than for a meal....wasnt much space either ...elbow touching....the meal came which I cannot fault as the food was excellent...then the bill came. First they tried to charge us for a sweet we hadn't ..got it amended.. then they tried to charge us for drinks that we hadn't had.....very mixed feelings about this place

Foods good, service is poor. Told to get drinks in the bar and are kept waiting for a table for considerable time. Clearly a ploy to just make you buy drinks, as it wasn't busy. Waiter banging plates down on the adjacent table while your eating.

Food was average. False advertisement on the starter and was disappointed because of that. Wasn’t worth £9. Deserts were small and pricy for what was given.

Service was shocking! Rude and not helpful with the pram or high chair. Had to sort ourselves out. Took 45min to be seen to to order our food and never got checked back on to see how each course was. From working in hospitality myself, I’d wouldn’t work there and im surprised it’s still getting customers.
