When setting up MIA Yoga, owner, that’s me, Mercedes Aspland wants the principles behind Mudita to be at the core of all its teachings.
We all live our lives with so much competition that it is good to take some time out and I’m is here to help you do that. All I ask of my yogis is to come with an open heart and to support each other along your individual journeys.
Every person that comes to a class will have their own story and be at their own stage in body, mind and soul. At MIA Yoga we will celebrate whatever stage that is and all your achievements big or small.
