WOW what a resturant, tentative staff and excellent food, a great place to eat.

My first real taste of Indian food and I loved it great friendly service and great taste can't fault it at all and a lovely gesture to give my wife a rose and chocolates for valentines. I will definitely come back again

Had a few take-away from this restaurant, which has been lovely, so we decided to go visit for a night out. Upon arrival (7 pm a Friday night) it was already very busy. We were seated promptly by very courteous waiters. Wine and poppadoms was ordered and arrived swiftly. We then ordered our starters and mains which all arrived in good time. Food was amazing and we experienced nothing but impeccable service! 👏 Amazing night was had, can't wait to go back :)

We started eating here about a year ago. The menu was extensive and varied with some lovely dishes and the food was super. Our last visit yesterday as the menu has changed. Much much reduced choice and food not as nice as it used to be. Sad about that as the ambience here is lovely.

Undercooked chicken, atrocious customer service and an hour and a half wait for our food. Wouldn’t go back again!

The worst service ever received. My fathers birthday and we ordered a £80 takeaway - after serving up the food after a 70minute wait we realised his meal was not delivered. Naturally the evening and meal was ruined. After calling to request a refund I was told they were too busy to speak with me and that my complaint did not matter as other families spend £200+ on takeaways. I honoured my promise and packaged the now cold food and physically visited the restaurant. I was confronted by the manager Islam who was verbally abusive and physically threatened me. They said they didn't care about my customer and was welcome to right negative reviews. I was sworn at and told that I would be 'forced out' if I continued with my demand for a refund. The most appalling restaurant experience.

Terrible service. When I complained they told me I could take my business elsewhere if I wasn't happy!

I collected, after they told me it was 1hr15 delivery (2 miles!) or 30mins collection. They got my order wrong, didn't offer me the collect in person 10% discount advertised, and I had to wait 25 minutes after I'd arrived.

The sad part is that we were regular customers, it being very local, and the food being good- what a shame that didn't matter to them.

Terrible service, waited 2 hours for delivery, tried calling miha's but no answer, decided to drive to the restaurant and found both their phones had been taken off the hook. The two gentlemen behind the counter seemed disinterested, when I pointed out about the phones they put them back on the hook and they started to ring straight away, more unhappy customers. They eventually found the print out of our receipt and this was taken to the kitchen so we had to wait a further 20 minutes for the food to be cooked, when we left there was no apology. Very poor service, totally unacceptable and shall never use them again. Avoid at all costs

Ordered a meal last night and told it would be an hour. After an hour and 10 mins we started calling to get an update. Over 150 calls between us but constantly engaged!

Finally got through 1 hr 35 mins after initial order to be told they are busy and that we can get discount off further orders!

Told them we wanted to cancel order and assistant manager put phone down on us.

Delivery turned up 10 mins later. We told him to take it back it was too late.

Delivery driver very apologetic (we do not blame him)

Restaurant staff very rude. Will NEVER use again!!

Never order from here... Food is good but service is absolutely DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!! Currently sat here waiting over 2 hours for our takeaway!!! To be told 'it's busy'... by all means that is acceptable but to say you will deliver in 1hr 20mins and take over two hours is unacceptable and appalling service. This is not the first time this has happened either!! Such a shame. Never again... You have lost regular customers.

Myself and my boyfriend visited Miah's on a Friday night. It was visible that they were busy, which was great as it had a good atmosphere to the restaurant. We ordered popadoms which were nice. We then ordered onion bhaji's and vegetable samosa's as starters. So please note at this point, we have not ordered any meat dishes whatsoever. The starters arrived, as I bit into the second samosa, it had meat inside. I spat this out immediately as I have not eaten meat for a decade. I went to the bar to say that I am a vegetarian and that they just served me a meat Samoa, and there was NO APOLOGY given. I went back to my seat and no waiter came over to apologise. The 'manager' then came over to say sorry but laughed in my face when I said I had not eaten meat for a decade and that it made me feel ill.





DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU ARE A VEGETARIAN!!!!



No apology or reason was given to why they served me meat. The restaurant couldn't care less about the fact I felt ill and upset. This is the worst place I have ever eaten in, and the worst customer service I have ever received.
