Would definitely recommend Mica and Alex. They were fantastic when we purchased our first horse Jimmy from them eight months ago. Mica and Alex were very professional and friendly. Wonderful, friendly people who really listen to what you're saying and ask plenty of questions, are honest in their descriptions of the horses and more than happy to tell you everything and anything about them, and seem genuinely interested in ensuring they match the right horse to the right rider; Very impressed and while I did not purchase a horse from them this time round I certainly wouldn't hesitate to visit again if I was looking for another in future!

I thoroughly reccommend Mica for sales livery. She is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely caring. She treats each horse as an Individual with love and respect and the horses have fun, and enjoy a varied work programme with lovely hacking and are hugged and cuddled on a regular basis! They all feel special. Mica takes time to really get to understand each horse and then finds the best most suitable new home making sure your horse is happy throughout the process. No rushing, no hasty decision making, just happy horses ready for a loving new home with experienced horse lovers.

I recently purchased a lovely horse from Mica and Alex, who has turned out to be an absolute angel. Mica and Alex are very friendly and approachable and from seeing Sally for the first time through to collecting her was stress free. I heard nothing but good things about Mica before I went to see her...and her good reputation is well deserved. I had had a pretty bruising experience (physically and financially!) with a horse that wasn't right for me at all, and my confidence was shot! I went out on a hack on Ronda, and Mica's combination of patience and good old fashioned straight talking was exactly what I needed. Not only did she find me a beautiful horse, she got me over a huge personal barrier and I am really excited to be back riding again.

Lovely Ronda arrived a week ago, and has been ace! Straightforward, calm, funny and affectionate...exactly as Mica described.

I have just bought my first horse, Mica and Alex made the whole process a really positive one for me. Mixie is a super horse and is already shaping up to be just what I wanted. I can't thank both these lovely ladies enough for guiding me with this hugely important decision.

I had been looking for a horse for ages after retiring my 24 yr old mare and contacted Mica a few times to discuss horses but missed out. I was looking for a horse to share with my daughter for her to jump , maybe event at a low level but also for a safe sane sensible and genuinely kind horse for me not v brave mum to hack and compete at dressage in the future. I had been following Dantes story and dismissed her as too good for me but after spotting some photos being schooled felt compelled to ring. Mica assured me she was sensible despite being young so next day we went to try her. We tried her twice on a hack , second time in torrential rain and in heavy traffic , fell in love had her vetted 2 days later and home that same week. The thought of buying a new horse filled me with dread after owning my mare for 14 yrs. Plus I am a worrier and have spent the last few weeks waiting for her to become something different .she has just turned 5 , is super happy on a fab yard , is hacking out bravely , starting a bit of schooling and pole work and is very genuine. In 2 weeks she has her first mini dressage clinic although mainly to keep us on the right track. Today I hacked her for 2 hours over a main line train crossing on a new unknown route , cantering round the fields and am incredibly happy with her. I can not recommend Mica enough! After starting my horse search looking for a 'been there done that', I fell in love with an unbroken 4 year old Mica had for sale 😂.

Right from the word go Mica was lovely, helpful and welcoming. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. It was clear she just wants what's best for her horses.



My boy has now started his education and is taking everything in his stride! Everyone who knows him comments that he has the best temperament and is so laid back! I bought my Callie (formally Sally) from Mica a few weeks ago and if for some reason I ever needed to buy another horse I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Mica again. Not only is Callie one of the sweetest, most chilled out horses I've ever met the whole buying process was a breeze. When trying Callie it felt more like I was out hacking with a friend than with someone trying to sell a horse, it was so relaxed and there was no pressure at all. Since buying Callie, Mica has been on hand for any questions I've had and has been super helpful, you can tell she really cares about where her horses are going rather than just how quickly they sell. I would have bought all the horses she had if I had the room at home they were all just lovely good quality horses!!

Hey just read a couple of your reviews and thought it was about time I wrote one! Was looking for a horse for my husband to learn on (novice rider) and also for me to gain more experience and saw Honey on your page. She looked lovely although was a bit concerned about her age (5) but after chatting with Mica decided to make the 250+ round trip to view her. My husband rode her in the yard then I hacked her out she appeared to be everything she was described as and had a lovely sweet nature she seemed too good not to buy. Five days later she was delivered by Mica's very nice dad and sister to our livery on the south coast. Honey has proven to be the best decision we ever made she is an absolute darling very sweet and sensitive Mike is riding her in the school to gain confidence and I am hacking her out where she is forward going and fun ! She still has a lot to learn but there is no rush and we are all learning together! The other huge plus side is that she has buddied up with my previously stroppy unconfident mare Secret and as honey is a natural herd leader she has put Secret firmly in her place and given her a lot more confidence so win win all round. Honey is now in Western tack and is loving her new life as a southerner! Thank you Mica and Alex for your good service and honest description and I wish you well in your business x

Fantastic! While on the search for a new horse I lost my confidence so was very nervous on new horses. But mica helped so much with this she understood what I was after and I she was so friendly and helped me to relax and feel comfortable while trying out a new horse. I’ve had my boy 4 months now and he is everything she described and more. Would like to say a huge thank-you and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy.

Cannot recommend Mica and Alex enough, my confidence was total rock bottom and I had done more on the first try out ride of humbug than I'd done in 3 + years!! I hesitated writing a review as he's just too good to be true! We were hacking out on day one and he's been a dream in every situation even when I've been a big chicken!! After losing my horse last year I started looking at new horses. Several phone calls to Mica later and I went and tried one she had for sale. Right from the first call Mica and Alex took the time to make sure we were a good match and gave me lots of information on the horse. Following a successful trial I bought this horse and he is exactly as they described. Lovely, honest people who make you feel at ease and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new horse. Nice yard with well looked after horses. Keep up the good work ladies!

3 months on and A few blips along the way (I'm 60 and not ridden for 30 years) and I can finally say I'm having the best time of my life with Bess, both Mica and Alex had confidence in me and I can say I'm happier than I have been for years. Bess is amazing, full of character, kind and very cheeky and we are learning together. It's definitely been life changing but only for the better.

I have found exactly what I was looking in little blue. Already growing in confidence

No hard sell and I was able to hack out as part of the trail

Only home 2 weeks today and has begun his education hacking out on his own amongst sheep and cattle on castlemorton and is lucky enough to have a fab coach and school within hacking distance

Really excited about his future and love him to bits
