Osteopathy uses a wide array of techniques such as massage, joint mobilisation, muscle stretching, cranial osteopathy and joint manipulation in order to regain a normal range of motion.

Autumn creeps in... and so our aches and pains begin! Mostly the strains and twists of life can be helped out by a little treatment but some are indicators of underlying rheumatic inflammatory conditions such as Polymyalgia (see the pattern below)
Osteopaths are trained to recognise the difference.
