The gentleman serving me today was rude and condescending. And left the serving table to tend to more important things in the store and didn't even bother to unlock the door for me, which left me looking for someone else to let me out. A far cry from the nice service I got in the Grosvenor Centre branch.

I returned my Breitling under it's service warranty for some repair work and it was dealt with in a swift and friendly manner. I was kept updated and it was returned to me via special delivery. Very good service all round, much appreciated!

I have been inside Michael Jones Jewellers beautiful store on many occasions for servicing and purchasing and have always found them to be polite and very helpful. I would especially like to thank Luke and Simon for their help with a recent purchase. I could not recommend them highly enough.

What a place!

I visited this lovely store with the intention of buying a necklace I saw online, the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I came away with not only said necklace but the bracelet to match!

Will be returning for sure!

Have bought various watches and had a variety of work carried out by them on jewellery over the years and the service has never been anything other than first class.

After telephoneing the shop and explaining that I needed a watch repairing and the young lady who answered told me that it would cost me £20 postage and between £50 to £150 to repair! As this is a special magical wristwatch I was prepared to pay the postage and await the estimate before deciding on a plan of action.
However on entering the premises a sales person immediately told me that it would cost more to repair than the value when it was purchased. He then told me that there was nothing that he could do for me!
I thanked him and left the premises.
This made me go online and find someone who could repair the watch locally!
I found a trader who passed me on to an electronics expert who repaired my watch for£5.00 I was so pleased I gave him £10.00
So once again salesperson thank you for nothing?

I went to this store with a prospective buyer who was interested in buying my Rolex Daydate and wanted it authenticated by their engineer, to my amazement the salesman right in front of me started trying to sell one of their own preowned Rolex telling my buyer that theirs was a better buy etc etc, I could not believe what I was hearing completely unethical and unprofessional.

I spoke to the director but he didn't seem to interested.

It seems to me that they are not interested in Customer service or satisfaction as long as they get a sale, I am very good client of Rolex and will be contacting them to complain I would stay well away.
