It was a very busy day yesterday but a tall brunette lady wearing a yellow play suit was so helpful and patient !! Really big shout out to her for excelling! By the way please tell her my mum was jealous in the end and loved the bag!

Isla was an absolute star! Was buying a gift for a friend back home and she was so patient and helpful and gave me such excellent service, with a lovely smile! She is definitely a keeper!!

Writing an essay on Michael Kors and I am loving it.

Fab Sevice, gorgeous Merchandise. I bought a bracelet and a purse going back soon for the casual Tote bag.

I have got a watch from this amazing brand. However the bracelet is loosing its golden impression. I went to this store, with a guarantee, and it was told me by a manager that the guarantee does not cover the bracelet. For such a known brand, it's incredible how an item which had cost me £350 is loosing it's colour and worst, the guarantee of 2 years does not cover these kind of things. It cannot be due to the usage as, according to the manager, it never happened with other watches , and I don't wear it every day. But still, it's a watch , a very beautiful jewellery piece, from a international brand it is not suppose to happen. The manager didn't even try to solve the case and telling me that she was going to report the situation to the head office.

bought two Michael Kors bags for my daughters at Christmas at Macy's in US we live in UK - had receipts everything - even the bag has original Michael Kors labels all over it - but customer services for Michael Kors europe - said they wouldnt even exchange them ! fully fledged from their new range and still in original packaging. Whether bought at Macy's or one of their other agents - UK customer service is unsympathetic and you should really think twice before buying from Michael Kors again !

Worst customer service from a big brand like this. Bought a tote bag for travel. Night before my travel I opened the beautiful packaging and realised the zipper is not working properly... couldn’t do much at that time so I took it with me thinking I will sort it out there. MK Canada refused to help me in any way. When I got back tried contacting MK and I am still waiting to hear from them. It’s obvious that a big company like this don’t care about its customers. I will not be buying from them anymore or advise others.

Shocking customer service - or rather, disservice!

While thinking about buying some shoes recently, I specifically asked whether they could be returned, as I wasn't sure whether to get them or not - to which I was informed that there was a 28 day return policy, so I wouldn't have any problems.

To my disbelief, I was told I couldn't get my money back when I went to return the shoes a week later, "as it goes against company policy"

The fact that a member of staff had given me the wrong information didn't seem to matter. And now I'm obliged to keep store credit for I shop I don't want to buy stuff from ever again. Shockingly poor experience

I have bought two handbags on their Facebook sale. Money taken from my account and no handbags. Contacted them twice on email and been totally ignored!!!
