God service :)

I visited your lovely store in Westfields shopping centre in white City, London. I just wanted to make you aware of how unprofessional most of the staff were on Saturday 31st October. Nobody greeted myself and my friends upon entry to the store. The majority of staff were by the entrance too busy dancing to the music than giving customer service. I may not look like your typical customer as wearing jeans trainers. I did however make a purchase without any guidance from staff. There were 2 or 3 young ladies who were with customers and doing their job. I made my purchase and left. The same group still by the door dancing, didn't thank me for my purchase or wish me a pleasant day. Just not what you would expect from a high end store.

There is nothing more ugly than cruelty and greed.

Stop perpetuating unspeakable torture and murder of innocents for their skin. Stop selling fur!

Shameful to promote wearing animal fur! These skins are coming from fur farms where the animals undergo unimaginable cruelty and torture. To then be skinned alive for some selfish person to buy their skin from your stores. Shameful and disgusting

I recently wrote a specific post about a terrible experience that occured at the Michael Kors store at the Walt Whitman mall location in Huntington NY.



As a result of my post, I believe MichaelKors with the assistance of Facebook, worked to close my Facebook account. An account that has been open since before 2012. My post was clear, my statements were accurate and appropriate without the use of slurs or foul language. Yet because of my honest post about the horrible treatment I received, I have been targeted. That post has been removed, I can only assume by Facebook.



I will work towards retrieving that post and posting it prominently. I will seek legal remedies against MichaelKors and Facebook if my account is not restored.



My initial post was about the horrible treatment I received when trying to return a new Michael Kors watch that I had purchased at the Michael Kors in Huntington Station.



Not only was I treated rudely, they refused to honor the return even though the packaging was unopened and I had shopped there on several other occassions. The return was just a few weeks after Christmas. Although my conversation was polite and appropriate, I was told by the "manager" they didnt want my kind shopping there... I believe that was directly targeted at my sexual orientation.

I was then directed to the website.. who advised me they couldnt help and it was a store matter... after what might have been hours of being transferred and holding on the phone, I was told the district manager of the Huntington Station Michael Kors store would call me within 48 hours... Unfortunately, my concerns were not worth listening too or rectifying as I was never called.



MichaelKors is a terrible instituition with a horrible sales culture. more to follow....

I notice you are selling real fur from animals that have been skinned alive, this is disgusting there is no excuse for animal abuse. Compassion is the fashion don't buy fur. YouTube fur in 60 seconds. Only ugly people wear fur, and can only look beautiful on the animals you've robbed it from. Do the right thing and stop selling fur.

I have recently bought a Michael Kors Lexington watch and it's to small. No store or the U.S. Help line have responded to my messages in regards to getting a couple of extra links! Shameful when you spend so much on a product!

I have a rosegold torteshell watch and it has gone very discoloured... It is not even a year old. I am very dissatisfied and want to know what I can do to get it replaced?
