Having been a Michael Kors client for almost 20 years I have always been impressed with the first class treatment customers receive over the phone. Not only are the staff polite and well spoken but they are knowledgable and helpful.

Lovely visit yesterday on my wedding anniversary my husband treated me to 2 bags and some sunglasses which were all fab! The staff were all very friendly and approachable and even offered us a glass of prosecco while we browsed. Jade was especially chatty and helpful, we left feeling like VIP’s

Fantastic Visit!

Very Friendly welcomimg Staff who were so helpful.

We were given complimentary Prosecco and Peroni to enjoy whilst browsing which made a huge difference as we both needed a nice drink.

Went in to exchange a purse for a handbag. The assistants on the floor were helpful but not pushy. Having decided on a bag we then went to pay. Worst checkout experience ever!!! Complete chaos. The staff hadn't a clue, the till area was cramped, asked to form a queue and having moved watched two people get served before us. Totally shocking for a high class store. Will buy online in future. Suggest they visit a high street chain who will show them what a first class check out experience looks like!!!

I shopped in Bristol and wanted a pair of shoes but they were out of stock in my size . The assistant informed me I could order a pair and pay to have them delivered to home at that point a celeb walked into store and the advisor told me to wait as they had a celebrity in store her never returned .The next day orang the store and they located a pair at this branch but the refused to send them out to me as it was near Xmas .This store is the only one holding stock so much for customer service . Very upset I love the shoes and can't get shipped from USA

What an appalling experience. I went to return a watch that I had purchased a couple of weeks before, and the manager's attitude towards me was disgusting. I distinctly remember asking the sales assistant before I bought the watch whether I would be able to return it, and she reassured me that I would. At no point after this did anyone in the store inform me that, as the salesperson then removed the links from the watch, I could not have it refunded.



Fast-forwarding to the service I received when I came to return the watch - the manager humiliated me, telling that it was impossible that the staff didn't tell me that the watch couldn't be returned. She told me that my version of events could not be true. She treated me like a child in front of others, saying in a most patronising tone, "would you buy a watch with missing links?" and did not provide the details of customer services until I asked.



I appreciate that this was a misunderstanding and that sometimes refunds can't be given at a store level, but I have never been spoken to like that before. It was truly shocking.

Went in to buy a purse and asked for a grey colour only to receive a blue one. Returned in perfect condition and only offered a gift card that can't be used in department stores. Unprofessional, judgemental, unhelpful and rude staff.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!





I bought a handbag from your Bicester village outlet in the black friday promotions on 27th Nov, 2016.

The MRP was £199 and i got a 30% discount.

Later, i noticed that the Tag on which the MRP label is fixed had another label underneath.

And to my shock this one listed the MRP as £179.

Is this how MRP works at "Reputed fashion brand Michael Kors"? You would just jack up prices for a promotion?

I feel bitter and cheated and it would be hard for me to trust your brand in the future, where there is no transparency around MRP.

And when i mailed ur customer service department on 29th nov, i was told that somebody will get in touch "shortly". But till now, nobody has contacted me. i even sent a reminder last week but still nobody bothered to respond.

Never expected this kind of attitude from a big brand like yours.

I went to Michael Kors in Regent Street a couple of weeks ago to purchase and bag, wallet and a purse. There was an special offer at the time due to Chinese New Year, the poster said if you spent over a certain amount then you would receive a leather gift, card wallet. I stated to the assistant that I had spent well over the stated amount, however she said that the gift was for Chinese customers celebrating the New Year. Having informed them that my husband is Chinese and we both celebrate the Chinese New Year they just shrugged their shoulders. I did not appreciate the racist promotion and regardless of being Chinese or not am extremely disappointed and offended. I will not be returning to this shop.

I was upset when my watch stopped working after 8 months! they said I need to send it to fossil to have the battery changed after I had the battery changed it was still not working , then I went back into the store and explained and they said we can send it off for another charge ...

£220 watch still NOT WORKING .

I was in the store yesterday, it was extremely busy understandably due to Sales, I waited in the que for about half an hour initially and unfortunately the tills went down. I was ushered upstairs and found myself at the back of the que again, when I looked surprised at the shop assistant she simply said "well you will be waiting a lot longer downstairs the tills are not working". I was quite shocked that a sorry didnt come in at that point, I work in the service industry and any delay is always apologised profusely for. Anyway I que for another 30 mins and finally get to the front of the que this time they did not know the price so other people behind me were being served and I continued to wait. When my purchase was finally being processed I told the girl about my experience she did apologise in a half hearted manner probably because she was so fed up herself. I have to say that every time I have shopped in this particular branch I have always waited far to long to pay, which is acceptable in Primark but not MK, however oddly enough the sales staff jump on you the second you walk in the door! Funny that. Really terribly service I felt like I was treated like cattle yesterday, not buying a lovely bag from a high end shop!!!!

I recently wrote a specific post about a terrible experience that occured at the Michael Kors store at the Walt Whitman mall location in Huntington NY.



As a result of my post, I believe MichaelKors with the assistance of Facebook, worked to close my Facebook account. An account that has been open since before 2012. My post was clear, my statements were accurate and appropriate without the use of slurs or foul language. Yet because of my honest post about the horrible treatment I received, I have been targeted. That post has been removed, I can only assume by Facebook.



I will work towards retrieving that post and posting it prominently. I will seek legal remedies against MichaelKors and Facebook if my account is not restored.



My initial post was about the horrible treatment I received when trying to return a new Michael Kors watch that I had purchased at the Michael Kors in Huntington Station.



Not only was I treated rudely, they refused to honor the return even though the packaging was unopened and I had shopped there on several other occassions. The return was just a few weeks after Christmas. Although my conversation was polite and appropriate, I was told by the "manager" they didnt want my kind shopping there... I believe that was directly targeted at my sexual orientation.

I was then directed to the website.. who advised me they couldnt help and it was a store matter... after what might have been hours of being transferred and holding on the phone, I was told the district manager of the Huntington Station Michael Kors store would call me within 48 hours... Unfortunately, my concerns were not worth listening too or rectifying as I was never called.



MichaelKors is a terrible instituition with a horrible sales culture. more to follow....

I bought boots from Michael Kors' website on Black Friday. I bought a pair of black Stokard boots that I had been watching for weeks. Anyhow I received them a week later and they were the wrong color. I called and I spoke to Kerry who said that he spoke to his supervisor and they will send out the correct pair of boots right away, all I needed to do was send the boots back. He said because it was "Michael Kors" fault they would send the boots right out. Long story short, I received confirmation that my boots were received yesterday. Then when I called I was told the boots that were supposed to be sent out are out of stock and my only option is to go to the store buy the boots at an adjusted price of $227.50 instead of the $172.50 I paid on Black Friday. I am very disappointed with their customer service. I was lied to by Kerry and I was offered a gift certificate to buy the boots, but I still will have to pay more than what I originally paid for the boots. Michael Kors' website is terrible. They have lying customer service agents. I feel slighted by this company and jerked around for the last two weeks. If I would have known the boots were out of stock I would have kept the color I already had. Michael Kors' website and warehouse employees are lying customer service agents.

Can you please respond to my last email which was sent to you on Thursday the 19th of January at 18.58. My boots where received (and signed for) at your UK warehouse on the 04/01/2017 and I have still not received my refund which is completely unacceptable. I received one email from your offices stating that my refund would be back into my account by the 19th of January at the latest. Since the 04/01/2017, 12 Banking Days, 17 calendar days have passed, and no refund has been made to my account and no response to my last email which was sent 2 days ago. Is there an issue with refunding me for the boots which where returned and signed for by your company????? I would be grateful if someone could please contact me to enlighten me on what the issue is with processing my refund. Thank you :(
