What a gem of a furniture shop. The Manager Chis was so helpful showing us all the designs. We wanted a sofa that was leather and then fabric chairs that matched. He was very helpful and we had purchased the suite exactly what we wanted. The shop was packed with all real quality furniture and accessories...will definitely be back. Highly recommend

We came in over the weekend to purchase a couch that was advertised on the their Facebook page. Was greeted almost straight away by a friendly staff member who happily answered all of our questions in depth. Karen at Michael O'Connor Furniture was fantastic. We are really happy with our new chairs. Other enquiries not so good (perhaps we just got unlucky with staff churn but kept being passed from person to person) but Karen really turned things around.

Ordered wardrobe 3rd March, website originally said 2-4 weeks, called after a month was told it was 4-6 weeks, having tried emailing with no response and no call backs, the website now says 8-10 weeks. Cancelling order as I will go elsewhere as dishonest and no communication.

Ordered TV unit told 2 -3 weeks delivery still waiting 7 weeks later promised phone call early Saturday morning still waiting for that too not impressed poor customer service to say the least

Not impressed. After being very loyal customers in recent years, just discovered that we've paid almost double the price for a piece of furniture ordered in store (wasn't on display, had to ask salesman for price) to what is being advertised on their website. Went back to store and told it was an error on their website but almost 3 weeks on it hasn't been altered and we've had no response to an email which we subsequently sent. Won't be returning in the future!

My mam bought a table from here just over a year ago. A few weeks after getting the table we noticed one of the legs was loose which unfortu atley we didnt think much of at the time, now two table legs have completley come apart and are no longer attatched to the table. My mam phoned the shop to explain this and the lady she spoke to was unprofessional to say the least, the lady said we'd have to pay for the repairs even though it is pretty obvious the table was sold to us faulty and not fit for use, when my mam mentioned taking them to a small claims court the lady replied well you do that then and put the phone down. Not exactly what i would call good customer service, will not be purchasing anything from here again.
