Michelle Ormrod is a highly experienced Pilates Instructor who teaches from her Pilates Studio at 8 Kendrew, Street, Darlington, DL3 6JR and also at The Station, Richmond in North Yorkshire. A qualified Pilates Instructor, former Nurse, and Health Visitor, Michelle offers classes as well as private tuition from the matwork repertoire and the studio equipment.
