Haha love these little fellas, they eat away all the dead skin cells and dirt on your face ­¤Æ£­¤¢ż
But then they poop it back out ­¤żó so make sure you use a proper lash cleanser and wash your lashes thoroughly every day so you donŌĆÖt get any nasty build up which can cause sensitivities xx

It has taken me so long to pluck up the courage to get my PMU brows done.
IŌĆÖve searched Norfolk and not found anyone whoŌĆÖs work was good enough, and then i searched further afield and I just didnŌĆÖt feel confident enough in anyoneŌĆÖs skills! ­¤żĘ­¤Å╝ŌĆŹŌÖĆ’ĖÅ
I have zero self confidence and never look in the mirror, and even when IŌĆÖve previously had my brows styled by others I still came away wanting to cry.
... A brow tint and wax is never just that if you come to me because I know how it feels to be disappointed and my ladies have experienced how particular I am ­¤śé so you appreciate how ŌĆ£awkwardŌĆØ I could be ­¤Öł
Anyway, on Saturday I put my faith in Layla Hinchen I was physically shaking and felt sick with nerves. She spent ages with me going over the shape as she knew how nervous I was and wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my shape.
Having had a bad car accident when I was 19 left me with a huge scar on the side of my head which pulled one brow much higher than the other, to say my brows werenŌĆÖt sisters is an understatement, they werenŌĆÖt even distant relatives!! ­¤ż©
I actually felt really sorry for Layla, I couldnŌĆÖt have been more of a challenge ­¤ś¼ but she was massively reassuring and patient with me.
I absolutely love my brows, I never thought IŌĆÖd hear myself say that, and itŌĆÖs all thanks to the brow queen ­¤śŹ
IŌĆÖve just started my PMU journey and I hope one day I can be as amazing as this! ­¤żŚ

For all new appointments/full sets I take a non refundable booking fee which will need to be paid within 24hrs of booking.... This will then be taken off of the final cost of your appointment.
For existing clients I have a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost if cancelled within 48 hour or 100% if cancelled within 24hrs.
All appointments need to be paid when you come for your appointment. If you are paying by bank transfer this is absolutely fine but it MUST be in my account within 12hrs of the appointment and this must be agreed BEFORE the appointment date.
Please note that this is my business, my job and my income and whilst I try to be accommodating, if I don't get paid this has an effect on me and my children.

I'd give Michelle 10 stars if I could. So friendly, so professional and so good at everything she does! Michelle has done my nails, eyebrows (waxed, tinted and extensions) and lash extensions and she's superb. Always looking to develop further Michelle is never happy with anything other than perfection. Her professional approach to safety and results should really set the standard for the industry. Honestly cant rave about Michelle enough!
