I have got some truly cracking ceremonies to design for next year! Elements that I've never included into a ceremony are to be thought out, devised, revised and included...Something truly unique to be created! One off's....special...magical....crypti c...satisfying....Oh boy I CANNOT WAIT to get started on creating these ceremonies. Couples really are starting to think outside of the boring beige coloured box and life is suddenly full of technicolour madness and gladness!!! Can you tell I'm excited???

Yesterday I employed Michelle to help me celebrate something very special. However it wasn't a family thing, it was a corporate event to celebrate 9 years of The Business Womans Network. I hadn't considered a celebrant for this event however it really gave the day a very special edge, and I honestly think it assisted with our marketing, brand and promotion because everyone felt like they were part of something truly special. And for me personally I have a habit of concentrating on the future and how I will support and motivate business owners moving forward. It was very beneficial to take a step back and hear so many awesome stories of how I and The BWN has helped people over those years and helped me appreciate the extent of support and results we get. I was seriously touched by Michelle's delivery and it did bring a tear to my eye and reminded me of why I do what I do. It was truly special and I think more and more we will learn to appreciate the power of events like this to showcase our businesses uniqueness and genuine passion for our customers. Can I just ask you don't book Michelle for the 15th March 2019 - it's our 10th Birthday so we will want her back!

Where do I start...

Michelle is a highly professional, loving, bubbly, Happy soul.

We got married at Otley Hall, a beautiful venue.

Only We didn't want an average wedding, We wanted something fun, memorable and personal to us as a couple.

So we arranged to meet Michelle, discussed our ideas with her.

We told her we would like an Alice in Wonderland wedding.....

there was a long pause....

followed by....

"BRILLIANT"

A lot of personal touches went into the wedding, we as a couple had made most of the props and planned the decor and afternoon tea with an amazing Alice in wonderland wedding cake.

The ceremony was simply amazing.

We had personal vows, music played that meant so much to us.

A traditional hand tie ceremony, we jumped the broom, we wrote letters to one another and sealed them in a box with a bottle of wine, to be opened on our first anniversary.

In between all of this Michelle had made some beautiful words and verses along with personal touches. She just got us.

I thought I would crumble when my Dad was mentioned as I sadly lost him many years ago,but actually the opposite happened as Michele delivered a touching tribute to him and our relationship.

I can not recommend Michelle highly enough.

She is perfect for any ceremony, a perfect beacon of light that everyone will be drawn to.

She also has the most amazing wardrobe and colour matched our wedding with a gorgeous 1950's dress.

We met Michelle thanks to April at Kook events and I don’t think we could have hoped for a more perfect celebrant! From our initial face to face meeting, throughout all of our email conversations and the writing of our ceremony and vows, Michelle was SO MUCH FUN to work with and created the most perfect, personal and unique ceremony for us. Not to mention also helping us to try and inflate a giant flamingo and fix our fire pits together the evening before our big day - her skills are endless!

Really can not recommend Michelle enough. We contacted Michelle to help us celebrate the birth of our youngest baby with his Naming ceremony.

Michelle went above and beyond to get to know us as a family, she made extra effort in getting to know our eldest son and encouraged him to make a small speech which was heartfelt to us all and a surprise to us on the day.

The ceremony was perfect, it was so truly personal with a mix of humour and heartwarming moments. Michelle spoke of our past, present and future and spoke of our parenthood journey with our boys as if she had lived it with us, every single word was so touching it really was a memory made that will last us a lifetime.

She helped us write our promise and her communication from the moment we hired her to the very day was more than we could have asked for.

Michelle went above and beyond as a celebrant, she held our hands and guided us through every part of the ceremony planning with TLC and her attention to detail is unlike anyone else we have met! She had extra ideas to help make sure our wedding ceremony was unforgettable and made most of our congregation cry with overwhelming joy at our Rose giving ceremony to my two step children, an asset to the celebrant world!!

Michelle was the first celebrant we contacted when we decided we wanted to mark our daughter's importance in our lives and first birthday. We didn't know what a celebrant really did but boy were we glad we visited her. Michelle was warm and friendly, listening to our wishes; we instantly knew she was the perfect choice and went away feeling even more excited about the event.

Michelle kept in touch in the lead up to our little one's Naming Day and kept us updated with the ceremony's progress.

On the day, the ceremony that was delivered was flawless, heart warming and personal, our family and friends have all mentioned how special it was to feel included in the whole thing and the warmth and spirit of Michelle was noted by all.

We have now an everlasting memory that can be looked upon with fondness. In finding a celebrant we didn't think we would find a friend.

As the bride-to-be, I pretty much fell in love with Michelle the moment she opened her door and welcomed us with the warmest hello and a cracking cup of tea! My husband and I both knew that Michelle would deliver what we were both looking for – a fun, interesting and meaningful ceremony which reflected my (the bride’s) spiritual beliefs and more importantly; mine and my husband’s love for each other.

Michelle performed a surprise vow renewal for my 10 year wedding anniversary last month. I cannot praise her enough! She didn't just carry out the ceremony, she was instrumental in planning and executing the entire event. She took on the role of chief organiser on the day, as I was preoccupied distracting my husband, she plotted and planned the surprise, wrote and performed an incredibly moving ceremony and helped to pull off one of the most amazing and memorable days for my family.



She gets to know every aspect of you and does everything she can to make sure, whatever your occasion, that it suits you exactly. I could never have done it without all her personal and professional help and would recommend her in a heartbeat! Thank you Michelle! xx

People actually commented how it was so nice to see old traditions of tieing the knot by hand fasting and the much fun of jumping the broom stick � the ceremony was fun with the story of our journey to 10 years and the cheeky quotes you added which made everyone giggle but also the beautiful way you conducted the seriousness and special readings to, I really can’t say how amazing you are at what you do.

Michelle created the most personal, heartfelt and beautiful Baby Naming service for us. It was filled with stories that were all about our daughter, her family and what we hope her future will be. She incorporated the perfect mix of humour, anecdotes and weepy moments that made the service so special. She really took the time to get to know us and all about our journey to parenthood, which made the service so personal and touching.
