This is a CZ380 MX cylinder that I have ported, I have added 2 rear boost ports , a pair of boyson ports in the inlet port and built up a centre wall in the inlet port because the inlet manifold has 2 sets of reed blocks either side of each other and there was a big void between the 2 that would cause a big disturbance in the inlet charge.

This is a Yamaha Rxs 135 cylinder I noticed that the port timings were way to low and would have killed the performance of the cylinder, as you can see the scribed lines above the std ports to show what had to come out just to bring the port timings to a working setup and allow the barrel to perform as it should.

This is a little 75cc lambretta vega that I was asked to tune and build a pipe for I used the white and red one to build the pipe around but the red one is the bike the cylinder and pipe were done for. As you can see there is a big difference to a std 75cc vega after the pipe and port work.

Here's a short video of the RD500 on the Dyno pulling from under 3500 rpm to just over 11000rpm in 4th gear.

I was asked to build a set of pipes for an Rd500 sprint bike, the engine was originally tuned by the late Terry Shepherd I have since modified the Casses and done a little more to the transfer ports and a re bore a couple of years ago, the engine breaths through 4x 32mm mikuni TMX carbs and uses a fully programmable Zeeltronic ignition. It had been on a Dyno with the old pipes and it made 103 hp at 11300 rpm with 48 ftlbs of torque, with my pipes it's now making 107.41 hp and 53.55 ftlbs of torque at 10600 rpm, this will help the cranks from destroying themselves and also giving the engine more drive from 6500 rpm all the way to peak power.

An Ar125 pipe , the owner asked me if I could give him more midrange performance over the pipe that he was currently using and tho was the result.

Suzuki T500 race pipes

These are my new spec TZR250 2ma race pipes

A lambretta 200 pipe designed to the owners port specs and I gave it an old school look with the straight end can

Here's an Mz250 that I have tuned and built a pipe, the bike has a daytime MOT and the owner does the odd hill climb and track day on it as well and wanted a bit more poke out of it.

User

Rd350 pipes the owner wanted more bottom end grunt I managed to get 10 hp more through the mid range and a couple more up the top end with a better spread of torque at less revs over the previous pipes that were on it there will be more to come out of the engine as the ignition had problems due to the wiring shorting out on the frame and piping the cdi.

This yambretta I gave it a full race tune and built a set race pipes for it, unfortunately it developed an electrical problem so I couldn't run it up on the Dyno at the time but here's a short video of it running.

Ypvs pipes

This is a little lambretta Luna with a cassa 75 cc kit that I built a pipe for it and replaced the crappy 14 mm car for a 19 mm ktm 50 copy

I would like to wish everyone a merry Christmas and all the best for the new year.
