I bought some gloves which were faulty but getting a refund was very difficult. Their customer service was non extant. Won't be going there again!

Very pricey, you can get a small mortgage for most of what they are charging

I have used Micks Cycles for all our family bike repairs. They have been brilliant at coming and picking the bikes up. Quoting as necessary, fixing and returning them. I would absolutely recommend to all bike enthusiasts. There are great choices of bikes in the shop and good recommendations. They are the best & most helpful bike shop in Bury St Edmunds.

Great repair and new bikes.
Had a general repair on an old bike and had a silver service. Very impressed with it on return to the store. It had been cleaned and all repairs that were done seem to be working perfectly. When we picked it up we also purchased an adult bike for my wife and frog bike for my daughter. Great quality products with very knowledgable and friendly staff. Took my road bike in for a service as I was having problems with my gears.
After the service my gears were worse than when I took them in which is saying something.
In the end I rectified the problem myself.
I tried supporting my local bike shop but never again!

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to explain and go through the choice of bikes. We were extremely happy with the 2 bikes we purchased. Great aftercare.

We had an excellent shopping experience and we were really looked after on both our visits and over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble, my Girl Friend is thrilled with her new bike and we found the shop to be very reasonably priced. We look forward to going back to see the guys again (farther and daughter team) and would highly recommend Micks Cycles.

I like to support local businesses but after several poor experiences I can no longer support this place. Poor service and overpriced.

50km stuck in a single speed I was over the moon to get here and buy a new cable and borrow some tools to fit it so I could finish my 200k ride Thanks guys! :)
