Two weeks ago my surface pro stopped charging. After several attempts at going through the Microsoft self help section, I was finally directed to in person support. I was informed, that no fix was available but I could be provided a refurbished replacement at close to £500. Outside of the US, Microsoft’s help for hardware is appalling especially when compared to Apple. Consider this when purchasing any hardware!
Looking forward to the store reopening. We have bought 15 Surface Laptops 3. Looking to make some other purchases soon. It was great to try them instore before purchase. Our Analyst love these machines. Staff are educated and knowledgeable on products
Children love to hang out here and play Minecraft and test out other equipment that is on display. An important potential competitor to Apple just up the road from their store.
Amazing , quite simply, amazing. If you are visiting London, you must visit this store. Microsoft have pulled off a retail experience that is authentic and enjoyable. Frankly, it makes Apple stores look pretentious and not much fun. The staff are excellent, incredibly well trained, very knowledgeable on the products. And can't do enough to help you. The gaming area which is used for hardcore gaming is awesome and the best I have ever seen. Just to see so many kids having fun playing games really lightened my day. Well done Microsoft!
