Friendly, family run hotel, ideally situated for exploring the northern and north western Lakes and further afield. Excellent food, combined with a well-priced half board deal, makes this an ideal place to stay.

Good food , lunches a little limited Sunday lunch was very good

Good size room with some lovely views. Very comfy bed. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. But a bit cold bathroom with no heating so shower in the morning wasn't too enjoyable 😉

A great pub located at mile and a half away from Keswick just off the a66. Cosy inside with open fire, excellent local ales and superb food. Nice beer garden with great views. Very reasonably priced for the lake district. Couldn't reccomend enough

Large inn with a good atmosphere selling a wide selection of beets in decent surroundings. Good carpark and they take contactless, worth a stop.

Nice but only 3 tables for drinks. They need to make more of it dog friendly for dogs witb drinkers who moggt want to dine
