I rented a van for the weekend and everything was perfect. Great value for money. Staff were very polite and professional. I let them quote on servicing my car and they beat the quote I had. I'll definitely come back

Shocking attitude got a price for a van picked up on Thursday night at 5pm (rented to someone else that day)due back Monday so they asked if I could drop it off at 8 so someone else could have it Monday , opted not to tell me that I could have had it all day Monday as I had paid for it!!!Apparently its my own fault as they I told them I would bring it back Monday morning .But that's not Monday morning(before 12) that's Monday before 08.30 apparently.........so basically they have been paid twice for it on Monday but that's fine because they didn't bother to tell me .........rude on the phone and told me to do what I want when I suggested I would get my solicitor to review the terms and conditions , basically they will rip you off if they can you have been warned take your business elsewhere and avoid these cowboys who when it comes to renting they think there is more than 7 days in the week....unbelieveable!!

I've hired cars and vans from this company on and off for a few years and have never had any problems at all.

Service has always been excellent and at the end of the day as long as you check the vehicle over thoroughly with the member of staff before signing for it rather than standing there checking your phone messages like i've seen alot of people do, then you are not going to miss any damage on the vehicle.

Over the last few years i've incurred one small scratch which cost a few pound to t-cut out - and 'A Google User' below is complaining about £44 for a side bumper???? I think that is a fair price considering the cost of bumpers nowadays and what about time and labour - that person below should try the real cowboys out there like my work colleague - he hired a car from a large company in Birmingham and a small scratch cost him his whole £500 deposit.

So here is my 'positive review' for Midhire - after all people are quick to leave negative comments but slow to take five minutes out to leave good ones.
