Here at Midlands Snagging Inspections we are trade-based professionals who have years of experience across the building trade. Our aim is to take the stress and hassle out of the snagging process, which we do by producing a comprehensive report, each snag found will have an annotated photo and a detailed description of the problem. This report is then pass on to the builder for them to fix the snags inline with your warranty.

We identify these problems /snags which can be as small as paint on door hinges to more serious issues which would cost you money in the long run! Such as damaged structural elements e. g roof timbers to cold spots where insulation hasn't been correctly installed or missed completely!

We use our expert eye and specialist equipment to identify a range of snags, we expect to find around 150 + snags per inspection.
