we got our larder freezer what fast service as we are OAPs the delivery man put it in place for us nothing was to much trouble

Our washer died in spectacular fashion, and we were amazed that Mike Sanderson's sorted out a new integrated washer from stock within no time at all. Large retailers quote a three week delivery! We've had loads of things from them and their service is very good.
I have bought several items from Mike Sanderson's all the staff are very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend them to anyone and the prices are great too

Called the store this morning as I was having a problem with my washing machine which had stopped mid wash last night. Well I have loads of towels and bedding to wash for @doggroomingbyjane my grooming studio at home. Engineer was here before 11.00 am and diagnosed my socket had failed. Helped me clean the filter and checked I had drained it correctly. He even helped me to get things going again temporarily by using another socket. Well done and Thankyou.
Amazing these guys,dropped a hoover in for repair,it was fixed same day,great customer service would highly recommend
Amazing service!!! Recently got a washing machine from here - ordered at 11:00, delivered and installed by 1:15, 1st wash on by 1:30!!! Excellent service!! Can not recommend enough!
delivery driver could do with some customer service training, RUDE.
