Welcome to Milford Tennis and Squash Club. You will find us in the lovely seaside village of Milford on Sea, just 3 miles from the busy yacht haven of Lymington, on the edge of the New Forest National Park.

New members are always warmly welcomed. Come along and visit us any time, meet our friendly club members and see our excellent facilities.

We have an excellent Tennis section, with 7 all weather courts (5 with floodlights) and around 450 adult and junior members. A full coaching programme runs throughout the year.

Our Squash section enjoys two heated courts, with around 80 members playing social and competitive games.

We also offer a full range of other activities, including a social activities programme, an art group, bridge, table tennis and mah jong.
