Mill Street Chocolate was born out of a passion for real, high-quality chocolate - not the overly sweet confectionery seen in many high street shops and supermarkets. In addition, by using only Un-roasted ('Raw') cacao beans, the rich array of beneficial nutrients that raw cacao has to offer is retained.

Mill Street Chocolate is proud to use 100% Organic, Fairtrade, Un-roasted ('Raw') cacao. It contains no added emulsifiers or soya lecithins. The range is ever-expanding as I continue my journey into the enticing world of chocolate.
