Went there as an early birthday meal and celebration of my passing exams. Food was amazing as always. Service brilliant as when mentioned we were a little cramped at one table they immediately moved us somewhere with more space. Toilets need a bit more attention but all in all never had a bad experience. Always happy to go back on special occasions.

Visited your restaurant for the first time tonight the food was excellent the waitress was Georgia very welcoming and had a great knowledge of the menu . Will definitely visit you again . Well deserved a ring of the bell.

So so good! Had the three course deal on a Thursday everything was lovely had no problems, everyone else (5 of us) loved their food too. my 18th ran smoothly! We where served by Chanel who was so lovely and was so so helpful! Would 100% recommend �

Me and my family went for lunch and had a fantastic time. We had a lovely waitress called Jess who was very attentive and polite. She definitely made our experience a lot better. The food was amazing, especially for the price. We ordered off the fixed lunch menu which was 3 courses for £15. I’d highly recommend paying a visit and we’ll all certainly be back soon! Thank you!

Came here last night for my husband’s birthday last night.

Food was superb , our steaks were beautiful. The meat was such high quality.

Beer was cold & gin cocktails were lovely too.

Our waitress was so welcoming & friendly as was everyone we came into contact with.

Super atmosphere, didn’t feel like we were rushed at all.

I bought a birthday cake & the waiting staff also brought out a Happy Birthday ice cream which was a lovely touch.

Had a great time, we’ll be back. Many thanks all �

When we arrived for lunch we were seated to our table straight away but it seemed to take quite a while for our drinks order to be taken. The starter was delicious and our little boy was caterered for very well. When the mains came we were happy but the steak was a little tough even though I’d chosen the more expensive rump for tendernous. There was also a lot of fat on the lamb dish, however, we still enjoyed our meals. Neither of us could understand the point of the lettuce though. It’s not really needed. All in all we had a good experience. One thing that did spoilt it was how cold it was in there. There were a few people sat with coats on and I was reluctant to take my hat off. The heating could have been put on a lot earlier before opening.

I had phoned in advance to book the table and in the phone was told that something special would be put on the table. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly team member and shown to our table, there was nothing in the table and as I didn’t know what the ‘something’ would be I waited for my daughter to go to the toilet before asking the greeter about the special treat. She informed me that she was down to have a special brownie birthday plate and that she would receive this at the end of the meal. They don’t put things on tables but this was the treat. This sounded lovely so I thanked the lady and we returned to our table. Our meals were delicious, the only problem being that the kids chicken burger comes with a bizarre burger sauce and not the mayonnaise as stated on menu, which my youngest child did not like and therefore didn’t eat. The waiter, Lee, attended to our every need and made the children feel special by letting them ring the bell at the service pass. When the meal had finished there was no birthday treat, which left me very disappointed, I didn’t mention it in front of her so didn’t bring it up again but given that I had already checked earlier in the evening was disappointed that it appeared to have been forgotten even though Lee wished her a happy birthday. Despite this, the service and meals were delicious.

I booked a table for 10 of us, arrived early for our 6.15pm seating time had a couple of drinks from the bar first. Got seated at the right time one of the party mentioned how cold she was so I mentioned this as I agreed it was a bit chilly in there, the waiter sorted this for us, the food was perfect not one of the 10 had any complaints whatsoever. A real disgrace were the toilets, no toilet roll, wet all round urinals, hand dryer not working. I can't believe some men can't be bothered to flush after doing their thing....tramps. all said we enjoyed a good laugh but we do that wherever we go.

The food was lovely, I had the cheddar and mushroom starter, which I can honestly say was the best starter I’ve had anywhere. We then had the sharing steak & all the trimmings & fries, this is served on a long rectangular tray, (fabulously cooked & great quality food), but unfortunately it was hard to share as we was seated on a small round table above the waitress station which had hard glass balcony style so we couldn’t move to the one side at all, so in turn there just wasn’t enough room, we struggled to fit it on the table but then to cut and share, which in turn my hubby was nearly wearing his pint of Peronì & a portion of fries knocked off the table. My husband used the toilet and really wasn’t amused with hygiene & Queing to go to the toilet because of the lack of cubicles that are not sufficient for the size of your establishment & the amount of people who are dining in there. Because of this I just didn’t even attempt use them. We had a lovely waitress called Nicole & I can only thank her for making a disappointing experience a lot better. Food was 100 % but I’m afraid with the toilet situation & being crammed in like cattle the fact the food, beers & Prosecco was of high standard the basics/comfort wasn’t up to standard when paying over £100 for a meal for two. Real shame because the food was amazing, compliments to the chef. Unfortunately we expect a little better.

This occasion also there was loads missing from the menu and your told after you order and my child’s chicken lollipops were so over cooked they were black and when asked to change was told that was the last so can’t get a fresh plate - so over all very dissatisfied this occasion and will be reluctant to return. It’s a shame

Tables were left filthy and cluttered with dirty dishes the whole time we were there. such a shame as we actually love the food. won't be going back!!

Slow to be seated and for drinks to come. Steaks arrived pretty quickly and were yummy. The big disappointment was pudding when they wouldn’t change the set menu to a gluten free pudding of equivalent price. Being told you can have ice cream without the cookie is a bit limiting to be honest. Great steak, shame about the service! Newcastle one is a far superior standard to be honest. Thankfully I’m just visiting Coventry as wouldn’t be back!

Nobody to greet over 5 couples upon opening the door at noon until a scruffy waitress came out to greet us .No apologies for keeping us waiting .

This said waitress then decided she clearly did not like me so insisted on passing all drinks ,cultlety and food OVER my partner to me !! Not able to walk around the table to me .long delay between starters and main and that was made clear why as she re appeared stinking of Fags!

The service was shocking and if Miller and carter can charge these prices for their food (which is worth it ) I expect the service to match this quality .

No manager seen until leaving where we mentioned the issues, but got a weak apology which is a shame as I love the food but with service as poor as that I may as well go to the local chippy I’m sure I get treated better .

Would like to start by saying that I have never actually eaten here so cant comment on the food however i rang up Saturday morning to see if there was any tables available for 5pm that evening for 2 people only to be told that there was no tables until 8:45pm that night because there was a large booking which is funny because in the past when we’ve tried to book for a table of 11 we’ve been told that u don’t take large bookings so which one is it? Also on the way past the pub both times the car park was dead,I find it really hard to believe that you couldn’t take any walk-ins on the night,it’s as if you don’t want custom!

Ruined our first date night in months! Thanks for poor hospitality and hiring an utter jobs worth for front of house. Certainly not kid friendly �

Party was refused entry by the Junior Manager as I was wearing plain black cotton jogging bottoms at 6 o’clock in a near empty restaurant. No reference to dress code throughout the entire booking process. Confirmation email says ‘smart casual’ which is subjective at best and in her opinion, as I didn’t meet her exacting standards, I was politely advised to go home and get changed. She was ignorant to the fact that diners with ripped jeans etc were allowed to be seated, and I was appalled and dismayed to be discriminated against in such a way. No need for your stock response on Facebook as I won’t be returning at any point

Felt like we were in the way of the staff clearing away ready for home time. Waitress told my friend to pay for pudding and to give it to someone else if she didn't want it. Had to get our own menus. No water offered, had to ask. Sea bass was more like sole......shoe sole. Chips were brought out when steaks had been eaten. Bins were emptied beside our table whilst we were still eating. Hand dryer in toilets broken. Felt like we were totally ignored by staff.......terrible place. Not going again.
