Went with my daughter on Sunday afternoon. Had a lovely lunch. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. We were served quickly and the food arrived lovely and hot and on hot plates. A very pleasant experience as not eaten there in such a long time. The only downside was that it was not mentioned until after we had ordered there was another menu to order from and not just the set 3 course menu. Although pricewise was cheaper to choose the set menu. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a good time there . The staff were very cheerful and helpful. The steak I ordered could have been done a little longer, but still nice. We went there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and were there a long time. But no one said it was time to go. No o e rushed us which was great! Here’s to the next time! Very enjoyable !!

My son took me here for my birthday meal. Absolutely delicious food, the ribeye was gorgeous! Staff are wonderful and have to say that Ahmet was amazing and went above and beyond, thank you!

My second visit and once again a most enjoyable one,the starter,main course and dessert was great,cannot fault the service from entering when the host took us to our table and the lovely polite smart waitress could not do enough for us,she introduced herself Georgia, what an asset to Miller and Carter.

My first visit to an M&C, with my 2 late teen children. Well designed and layed out restaurant, tables not too cramped together. Dress code applies, no jogging bottoms, shorts or caps which i am more than happy about. Very friendly and welcoming greeting lady on front desk very proffesionsal.Table ready on time for 7pm on a Saturday, restsurant about half full on arrival but full by time we left about 9. We had drinks at Table, service was again friendly and speedy. Menu choice for meat eaters and non meat eaters is excellent lots of things you dont see on standard restaurant menus. We ordered three different cuts of rib eye with about 6 sides. The food came relatively quickly, was fresh, hot and well presented. The quality of ingredients was good and steaks tasted great. We had Banoffee pie and brownies for Desert and desert cocktails. Loved my first M&C experience so much so I will seek out and try my two local restaurants in Solihull and Washford Mill. Well done M&C Epping Forest.

From being greeted by a charming lady when we arrived to being presented with the bill at the end, it was in all a lovely experience. The waiter was pleasant and knowledgeable especially in helping us choose from an extensive food menu. The steaks were beautifully presented and cooked as requested. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Came here for the first time yesterday for my sons birthday food was spot on aswell would definitely recommend to other people i would also like to say thank you to our waitress April who could not have been more helpful, polite and friendly

Miller & Carter are a favourite of ours and having visited several others, some good some terrible, was a bit nervous of what to expect when taking friends out!



Service was good and staff very polite however several of the steaks were not a available and none of the burgers!!!! And a couple of the starters!!!! Not good start!



So after overcoming the fact that several items we ordered we not available we looked forward to our meal. Starters were yummy and arrived quickly. Main course arrived quickly - sadly as seems to be M&C’s biggest downfall - cold chips cold sweet potato fries and cold sides. - why??? It’s always the same. Other than that the food was good - my steak was scrum yum!!



Banoffie pie is amazing as is the lemon tart!



Shame some people on other tables arrived in tracksuits as this is a lovely restaurant and should be treated as such ! It’s nice to dress up a bit to go to a nice restaurant. The ambience and layout of this restaurant is lovely and it’s a really nice place to visit.



We have 2 more dinner dates at different M&C’s in the next two weeks so let’s see if any branch can serve hot sides.



Other than that we love M&C !!!

Had a lovely lunch with boyfriend, food was delicious, waitress was friendly could not fault it, warm cosy atmosphere and not overpriced thans.

Food was amazing, my boyfriend and I had a lovely dinner and the service was really good. Shame the dress code didn't apply, I thought I was going to smart restaurant to walk in to see a women in Nike trainers and another guy in a tracksuit hoodie and a guy walk in later in the evening in full tracksuit, such a shame such a lovely place wish people dressed a bit more appropriately.

We had a nice table and staff were fine, helpfull and polite.

The food was a bit disappointing.

No tomato relish on starter when menu said it did....

BUT the salad arrived on a very hot starter plate which spoiled the salad even more...

And the burger with bacon had such a small piece of bacon it was not worth mentioning...!

It was unfortunate that the staff appeared to be young inexperienced and "new". The lady serving our food was amiable enough but the comment about the creme bruleè that was actually a rhubarb crumble due to the lack of a blowtorch tipped us over the edge. Over done burger, cold food, tetchy unwelcome bar staff and a manager who noted complaints in the most nonchalant manner plus a power cut did not make for a good experience overall.

Had to wait 25 minutes for our table. Some of the cuts of steak, burgers and some of the starters and accompaniments unavailable. Another wait of 20 minutes for the main dish to be served. Steaks not cooked to order or served luke warm. Not impressed.

We didn't have a great experience, the food we ordered took a long time to arrive, the waitress admitted that our food was given to other patrons. We had to remind them that we hadn't had our starters.



After our starters our main courses were delivered, I had to send my steak back as it wasn't cooked to my request, this meant my wife was finished her meal way before me. as an apology they gave us a desert on the house.
