Went on a Thursday night. We had a table of 8 people. The staff were excellent. Really accommodating and went the extra mile to help out. The food was cooked beautifully and everything was served at a nice pace. Based on this visit I would definitely return and recommend it.

First visit here. On holiday for 2 nights and here had been booked by our family for us. It’s really lovely inside and tables had ample space to fit us all. The staff were so accommodating and always smiling, nothing was too much bother.. menu choice was great, food was delicious, price was extremely reasonable .. no complaints

The server we had was very nice and polite, unlike my wife’s steak which was fatty and when it was brought to the attention of the manager all they offered was £5 off. Was basically told that it’s the luck of the draw when you order steak!!! My wife was the unlucky one one on her birthday treat which became a massive disappointment.

I have visited on a few occasions and have always felt it is just okay. We visited on Sunday early evening. The waiting staff were amazing. The place was very busy and clearly you do not have anywhere near enough staff on duty. Our drinks took ages to arrive on both occasions. Our waitress was certainly passing the drinks order to the bar staff but the lack of staff on the bar also was dreadful. The meal was surprisingly better than I’ve experienced before - but extremely overpriced for this type of restaurant. Your staff are clearly overworked and shame on you for not employing more people. We gave the restaurant another choice - purely as we had a voucher. We wouldn’t put it at the top of places to visit again.

Went there last night we was the first ones in the restaurant then only 2 other couples came in the waitress was very good. Our starters came up in good time but we then waited 30min for our main course and when it did my steak was cold. It felt like we had been forgotten. But how could have they we were the only ones in the restaurant.



I went to the Gents I wish I had not they stank of urine and were left in a disgusting state.

Not sure we will be going back for a while.....

Visited today I had calamari for starters which was nice, my chicken was undercooked and pink in the middle so I left it hardly any potato’s hidden under two large sized chicken pieces. My sons lollipop chicken “fried” but again pink and jelly type in the middle won’t be going back. Service was slow.

Visited this evening at 7.30pm with my wife but shouldn't have bothered. Upon entry to the establishment my wife and I waited in line to have the people behind taken to their table by a waitress. When this was brought up by my wife, we were told they were regulars and were taken to their regular table. This is bad service, at the worst it shows no consideration to other customers who wish to spend their money there.

The nibbles were very nice, but I can't say the same about my steak.

Seemed to be a long wait for our mains and the servers seem to be completely over worked and rushed off their feet.

I ordered the 50 day aged sirloin Angus, medium rare. It came out blue, seared and completely red throughout, with blood. Now I know a lot of people like this, so I thought I would give it a go.

It was very chewy and seemed to be very watery as well as bloody. Not what I was expecting at all. Like it had just been defrosted from the freezer. It was luke warm at best.

Aldi's 30 day aged sirloin steaks are so much more flavoursome and around £15 cheaper!!!

We also wanted sweet potato fries and were told they had run out, only for the people on the table next to us, who arrived after us to have sweet potato fries with their meal. WTF???

The saving grace for this place was the puddings which were very nice, service was with a smile and the waitress was very pleasant. Hence the 2 stars!

Will not be returning.

Poor service, waited ages for food to arrive, one meal (sea bass) was really poor. Not as described on menu and fish was over cooked. Other meal (rump steak) was very good. Overall not a great dining experience. We won’t be back �

Poorly serviced food bugs crawling all over it -poor meet quality which costs over £20 -drinks came after meal - not enough waiting staff but did everything their could - won’t be coming back -
