Our daytime menu is full of exceptional flavours, whether you're lunching light or going for the full steak experience!

What can I say? WOW!!! Just had the best steak dinner I have had since I was in the states!! Great service and amazing food. Steak was so succulent and tasty and cooked to perfection! Will most definitely be back!

We had one of the cheaper steaks and was the best steak we have had (apart from previous visits to Miller and Carter). Onion loaf and sweet potato fries were amazing as was the peppercorn sauce. I also had the after eight cocktail which tasted just like an after eight. We told the waitress how amazing the steak was and she went to ring the bell.

We had a meal as a family last Friday night to celebrate my mums birthday and had the best time. Food, wine and atmosphere were all fantastic. Special thanks to our waiter James, who was very attentive and friendly and gave us great service. Will definitely be back very soon. Thank you!!

We had a great meal at Miller and Carter in Hereford this evening. Our first waiter Andrew (half welsh/half Italian man) and second waiter Rich were both very good and nothing was too much trouble. Andrew was a hilarious and made our night a laugh! Great service! Thank you x

Visited lunchtime, excellent steaks cooked to perfection! Our server Rich was both very friendly and professional, also knew plenty about where the steaks are sourced which as a farmer is great to hear!! Overall a great experience and will definitely call again when in Hereford!

Just beautiful food. I could have eaten all three of my courses over and over again... Although I had voucher for birthday bubbles and actually had rose wine in which we were charged for... � Apart from that I have no issues

I won a recent Valentine’s Day competition for a £50 Voucher and free bottle of prosecco. My husband and I were booked in on Valentine’s night and we were so impressed. Despite being fully booked all evening the service was excellent, especially our waiter who was very attentive and friendly. We arrived and I was given the voucher as soon as we sat at our table and before I knew it the waiter said he would bring over our bottle of prosecco�The meal was absolutely delicious too and our steaks were cooked to perfection. At the end of our meal the manager came over to our table to ask if everything was ok and to congratulate us on winning which I thought was lovely as he was so busy. We will definitely be returning!�

First time of visiting Miller and carter Saturday night and must say we had a fantastic meal. To top it off we had a fab waiter, Richard who did amazing. Worth his weight in gold. We were there celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary and will most definitely be returning. Thank you all for your hard work. Food was the best.

A relaxed sunday lunch spent with the family, exactly as it said on the tin ! Good choice of food on the menu and a comprehensive additional sunday menu. Food cooked to each of our tastes and all came out on time, excellent service and level of attention from our waiter RIchard.

I’d like to say how amazing the first aider on site was on Friday 2nd February. A man on the table next to us was choking on his dinner and his wife asked for help. Most people were shocked and stunned...I am first aid trained so started to help until the member of staff (manager I think!) came over and took over. He was amazingly calm and dealt with the situation perfectly. The man choking was fine (thankfully) and was checked on after the very scary episode.

I was hugely impressed by this emergency first aid and the calmness and professionalism shown by the member of staff...he certainly deserves to be acknowledged! �

Myself and my wife came for a birthday meal and we was left very disappointed. Arrived at 8.10pm as table was booked for 8.15pm and told to get a drink as the table was not ready. Fair enough we were a little early so never bothered us. Stood at the bar for around 15 minutes waiting to get served. Eventually got seated around 8.45 then sat there for a further 25 minutes and we had to ask one of the waitress to take our order. Anyway eventually got our food which was nice apart from I asked for my steak well done and if was still quite red in the middle but as we had already waited so long I didn't bother sending it back. This is a really nice restaurant but the service is absolutely shocking so unfortunately I won't be returning anytime soon.

Food great , our waitress was great, shame about the front of house manager. We arrived for our table which was booked for 7, only to be told it wasn't ready as there were people still at it. OK we were asked to wait and would we like a drink. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even recognise we were even waiting. 1 of our party went to the bar and asked if we could get some drinks so the bar lady eventually came and got us some drinks. It's now 8 o'clock and still no table for us. This is just not good enough. We got to our table and our starter came this was now 8.30. When the bill came all the drinks were wrong. Some had been doubled on the bill. Our waitress was lovely she told her manager who was not the front of house one and we had all our drinks took off. Couldn't fault the food, just a shame the front of house person was not very helpful. This place needs more staff. Turning customers away not a good sight at this time of year.
