Tonight was the first time I've visited a Miller & Carter and I was not disappointed. I went with my husband and 2 friends and we ordered from the 3-course Sunday deal menu.



From the moment we walked in the staff that greeted us were friendly and every single one of them was polite and served with a smile (something rarely found these day).



I ordered a Sticky Chipotle Chicken starter which was absolutely delicious, 12oz Ribeye steak which was cooked to perfection and Chocolate Brownie which was rich and packed with chocolate but not overbearing. I really cannot fault the food or the service, even though one of the waiters accidentally spilled a pint of beer over my husband, but he was absolutely mortified and couldn't apologise enough...these things happen and there was no damage done and my husband got a free pint so he was happy.



I would definitely recommend a visit and will be returning hopefully sometime soon.

This was our 3rd time here and once again it gets better and better food was top notch steak was out of this world !!! Drinks were Amazing had a few strawberry daqurais tasted unreal !! And the service was 10+ can’t remember the guys name who served us but was so polite and nice also asked us if it was a special occasion which it was my wife’s birthday to which he brought 2 complimentary prosecco over and at the end of our meal a complimentary happy birthday dessert made my wife’s night with these small things so to him thank you very much will deffo be back again

Me and my partner visit this restaurant at least twice a month, we travel over 25 miles pacifically for this restaurant. Each and every time it is perfect not once had a bad meal and nothing is too much trouble, tonight ( as always for family occasion ) i took my family of 12 for my birthday again we all travelled and again nothing was too much trouble and the food was amazing, i am terribly sorry i forgot the waitress name was the short blonde lady, it is always a pleasure for her to serve us. Well done to all at the poulton miller and carter �

Came here to celebrate my sons 21st birthday. Every credit to the staff, from walking in to leaving, the service was above and beyond. Davis our waiter was amazing, explaining all about the menu’s/steaks meals etc, taking photo’s, running around after 8 of us. Food was amazeballs.. The dessert with candles & happy birthday across the plate was a nice touch.

Letting my little son ring the bell to let the chef’s know we enjoyed the food was a great idea.. thank you to all the staff x
