Visited Friday evening with my husband, we booked in advance and so glad we did, it was a full house. Both our meals the cheddar baked mushrooms and the king prawn starters were lovely and the fillet and sirloin steaks were succulent and cooked perfectly to our chosen med/rare requests. Couldn't fault the meal at all. The service was superb too, the guy on reception politely greeted us and took us to our table, we were then served by Faye who took our order and was quick to come back with our wine, When our meals arrived Faye asked if everything was ok (which it was) and took time out of a very busy service to chat with us, very friendly young girl, a credit to Miller and Carter. The location is perfect, overlooking the docks. We will definitely dine here again when visiting Liverpool.

I dined here on Saturday and the food was absolutely succulent. It was absolutely mouth watering and I don't enjoy steak, but my boyfriend said when he ate here it was the best steak he has ever had in his life. The garlic bread was of excellent quality with actual cheese, and my main dish - the barbecue chicken, was so delightful in taste. My favourite restaurant on the docks, the cocktails and chips are also lovely. I could not fault. The waiter was also very pleasant and kind mannered.

Steaks and fries very good. Service friendly and helpful. Decor fair. Wine tasty and good temperature. Price fair. Lobster poor on our visit.

Amazing food and service. We both had the fillet steak celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. Dom the waiter was very happy to help and deserved a tip. We had a table by the window like we had requested. Beautiful food. My gilrfriend asked for the steak to be cooked a little more, it wasn't a problem for them. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Pleasant surroundings with views over the Albert dock. The Steak (12oz Rib Eye cooked med well) was a bit tough and sinewy but acceptable it was cooked very well and the flavour was delicious. The 'salad' which was a quarter of iceberg lettuce was unusual but not unwelcome. The fries were 'industry standard' McCain's with the skins on - OK. The 'onion loaf' was a soggy disappointing mess. The service was excellent by the lovely Megan who more than deserved her 10% tip. All in all one of the better steak houses in Liverpool however it could easily be improved.

Wowser, seriously good steak! Had the £24.95 Thursday set menu with delicious scallops to start (£2 supplement) and then a fabulous 50 day aged rib eye. It was melt in the mouth good. Taste enhanced by the garlic butter delicious blue cheese and truffle sauce and yummy onion loaf. Topped off with a chocolate brownie desert! Get here early though as I was here yesterday and turned away at 21:53 as the kitchen had closed. Due to the taste sensation I have forgiven them for this indiscretion! Oh and staff where super friendly so thumbs up.

Simply stunning. First class in every way. The best fillet steak of my life. The only complaint is the the whole experience came to an end. We all loved it and will be back for sure.
