Went for a family meal last night absolutely brilliant I'm gluten free and they could accommodate me would definitely go again the staff were lovely first class service

We would like to say a very BIG Thank you to all of the staff and management ( Especially Abi who served us )

We won the valentine’s competition on Facebook.. The package was for 2 people. Due to unforeseen circumstances our party turned into 3!! We called the restaurant & organised this with Matt the manager. It was no trouble at all, even on one of the busiest nights of the year �

The service, food & drinks were excellent!!

Only last week we visited an award winning restaurant & ordered steak. We can honestly say that our meal with yourselves was of a much higher standard!

We went last night! The food was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for any more from our waiter, Niall! He was the best! We had scallops, I had fillet with mushroom and black garlic sauce and my partner had his first ever rib eye with peppercorn sauce, which he loved! Both cooked to perfection! We went for creme brûlée and lemon posset! Couldn’t fault a single thing! Lovely touch with the strawberries on the prosecco glasses, brought out on the wine bucket stand! Our best visit yet! Well done and thank you!

It’s not the 1st time we’ve been and definitely won’t be the last !!

Lovely restaurant and the food is excellent. We wanted to order the Chateaubriand but were informed it was sold out - this was at 8.10pm on a Saturday evening - we instead ordered Ribeye steak and it was fabulous. The garlic prawns starter is also lovely. Save room for a dessert it’s worth it!

I visited your restaurant tonight with my grandparents and will certainly be returning! Although, I'm in a massive food coma now but surely a full tummy is a good sign? The meat is cooked to absolute perfection, both the wings AND the ribs and the creme brulee was very tasty & the light treat I needed after stuffing my face.



Our waiter was lovely, had impeccible manners & was very hospitable, I didn't quite catch his name but please pass on my feedback - he was basically tall, dark haired & (handsome �) in his 20s. Good job guys!

I just had to write this review! The staff was excellent nothing was to much trouble we just had to Ask and it was there, the steaks was done to perfection.

The whole experience was fabulous, has I was taken here for my Mother’s Day treat my my daughters, I would highly recommend coming here has we will be returning .

Walked it at 5 mins to last order and was warmly welcomed to place an order and take a seat!

Waitress was lovely and friendly and made my visit feel lovely pleasant and enjoyable!

We shared a laugh and a joke and i would deffo return! Not sure of her name but she was awesome!

Arrived on Tuesday evening with my husband and our 15month old daughter. I was fairly worried as our little girl can get quite giddy and sometimes a little loud but luckily it was quiet when we arrived so we tucked ourselves into a corner. Service was spot on and the food was amazing, definitely will be returning. A massive thanks to Jenn our waitress for making us feel welcome and also automatically bringing plates and a teaspoon for our daughter to share some of our meal and dessert as some places can be quite funny if you don't order your child a meal.

Went in today for a friends birthday meal and get together. Food was brill, service was brill but it was BITTER cold. The waiter told us it takes a couple of hours for the building to get warm and he did bring a heater but we coudnt find a plug. Even when we left we saw other customers with coats on and the radiators were still freezing. Please put the heating on earlier. We would have stayed for cocktails but went somewhere else instead. It wasn't a nice experience x

My friends and I visit about once a month for lunch and a catch up so stay a long time. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is lovely...they even remember what we have had before! We have the fixed price lunch menu which is reasonable and also pay a bit extra for the beef glazed steak which is lovely...and a lot of it. It is a very relaxed cosy atmosphere too. Yesterday we went on the main menu for dessert and tried the Creme brûlée and which was delicious. The parking is also free if you are dining which is also great.

Was disappointed to be honest.i got a 60 quid voucher for xmas and ive only just been able to use it after a major opperation. Ive been looking forward to it for ages aswell. The onion loaf was awfull obviously been refried and was really chewy. What is that lettuce wedge all about? A quarter of a lettuce in a bowl .just made me laugh couldnt get my head around it lol.chips where not nice if i knew they where skin on i would of had a jacket spub. Other than that the steak was very nice and well cooked and the company was excellent but i did take my own.

Very nice and pleasant restaurant, food was very good well presented only minor fault I found my steak was cold around the edges but apart from that a lovely night

Booked a table for 8:30pm on a Saturday, still had to wait around 20 mins to be seated. Starter was lovely, and we had a very attentive and polite waitress. Steak was also very tasty, but everything else that came with it was a bit greasy or crispy (the onion loaf full of grease and the sweet potato fries desecrated). Tasty steak sauce however. The whole “wedge” thing is a complete waste of time and lettuce - once you’ve pulled off the bits with sauce on you’re left with a lot of lettuce that’s too messy to disassemble onto your plate and there’s just lettuce everywhere! These need swapping for a simple side salad with the dressing I think... would be less of a waste of perfectly good lettuce!

Drinks service was a little slow and dessert was ok... nothing special (I ordered the lemon posset tart and it was just a cheesecake).



All in all - a satisfactory experience but for those prices I’d rather go to Gaucho grill!

Arrived for a coffee and cake.

Only one young lady behind the bar.She was serving drinks to the resteraunt and was not sure that we could order cake and was not sure what cake was left.

After 10mins we where served a alcoholic drink and then she went for the desert menu and then finished serving us.Think she was working in the resteraunt as well.

Very expensive for a pint of lager a coffee and a piece of cake for £13.50.

This was shown by the lack of cars in the car park and no people sitting around the bar areas.

The environment had been beautifully upgraded and was exceptionally clean.

I noticed a cafe jyst metres down the road which potentially would be a clientele stealer as people walk up yhe lines with their dogs and potentially I would say could be cheaper.

Love the chain and visit them often, one opening near my parents was a blessing for birthday and Christmas presents! Celebrating their anniversary myself and sister treated them to a voucher thinking it’ll be perfect for them - alas this wasn’t the case and wish I’d just cooked for them.

A cold sea bass paddled it’s way over to the table and sadly wasn’t checked back. Most sent back, the other meal (a steak) was perfectly fine, hence the two star.

The voucher was used to pay for it all and a bottle of bubbles given as an apology which I’m sure matched the price of the sea bass (not my sarcasm)



Now to top it off a fabulous £80 something parking charge. Makes me want to stop visit Miller and Carter all together. Shame it ruined an anniversary and our opinions.

Came here saturday table for 8 14.00 booking. Not great, food was barely warm as it had been sat under tge heated lights for so long before being brought to to us. The peah were stuck to the bottom of the mini pan they came in you could turn it upside down and still they didnt come out also serves witg cold chips �

Ordered the 30oz tomahawk steak for 2 at £50. What arrived was all bone and very little meat, certainly not enough for 2 people. It was a disgrace. Manager not bothered and said it was perfectly "legal" as the 30oz included the huge decorative bone!!!

My husband ordered the T-bone which was ordered rare and came medium/well done so that had to be sent back.

As a table of 10 we then all ended up having to eat at different times.

The bill was wrong when it came and took a good 30 mins for them to sort out.

Not at all what I expected, arrived in ample time for our booking to be invited to order a drink at the bar, after almost 10 minutes of waiting to be served we eventually got our drinks. Asked to be seated shortly afterwards and was taken to a table not in the restaurant and asked if this would be possible to be abruptly told that there was no room!!! I find this very confusing seeing as the table was booked on 17th December 2017. The starters are very nice and then having waited almost 30 minutes for our main courses to be served after the starters were removed we were served an undercooked steak which may I add was only just warm and a burger which was burnt to a crisp literally. The lettuce side order I can only describe as a waste of food. The onion loaf was pure grease. Will not be rushing back and will not be recommending this place to anyone.
