Millfield Pre/Post Natal Fitness & Yoga Description
In October 2014 we launched these classes as there were no classes where you could bring your baby /toddler along and have them supervised in the same room while you worked out.
Emma Hay had recently had a baby & decided not to return to her previous full time job as a Deputy Nursery Manager & now provides our baby /toddler supervision whilst Debbie & Lucy (pre /post natal instructors) deliver the classes.
We offer Mum & Bring baby /Toddler Boot Camp & Mum & Bring Baby /Toddler Barre Toning
Mum's Boot Camp - Wednesday's & Fridays 10. 30-11. 30am
Mum's Barre - Thursday's 10. 30-11. 30am
Places are pre booked and paid prior to attending.
Boot Camp is run in blocks of 12 weeks & also includes the Mum's Barre Class as part of the package
Prices -
Boot Camp - £150. 00 for 12 Weeks including Baby /Toddler supervision or 3 monthly payments of £58. 00
Mum's Barre - £7. 00 per class or £49. 00 for a block of 8 Classes
