Toblerone always reminds me of the summer holidays. We used to travel around France with our caravan most summers and a toblerone (or two) was always an obligatory purchase from the duty free on the ferry! This toblerone rocky road is just going in the fridge and will be available tomorrow

We will have lots of cakes ready for you tomorrow if you’re thinking of dropping in. We were almost wiped out today, so lots of fresh cakes will be ready in the morning. We will have a battenburg, another caramel latte (you lot seem to love that one!), a malteeser chocolate cake (just wait ‘till you see it!) and a gluten free coffee and walnut. These will be alongside all of our other usual favourites. All, of course, homemade. I’ll post pictures in the morning.

Who wants one (or two)??? Freshly made and oozing with homemade lemon curd. Available for collection tomorrow. £20 each. Kept in the box in a cool environment they will last perfectly well for several days.

We held our son's 9th birthday party here on Thursday. It was great, the staff were so accommodating and helpful nothing was too much trouble and the food went down really well with all our guests. Can't say thank you enough we had a great time!!

This morning I bought two slices of the beautiful vegan Victoria sandwich cake to take home. Thank you so much for including this on your menu and I hope the timeless classic becomes a regular feature in your vegan cake selection. It is lovely. Needless to say, only one slice remains and it's not yet midday!!

Just brilliant! Every time I visit, it's always great. Just been for Valentine's High Tea with my husband. Absolutely loads of food, all homemade and all delicious. Unsurprisingly, we ended up bringing two boxes full of leftovers home. The ladies didn't even bat an eyelid when we asked for some foil to wrap it all up in, just immediately brought over some nice cake boxes for us to use. Great place with lovely staff, highly recommended.

I've had 4 Birthday cakes & a christening cake, all amazing. Emma is fantastic at what she does and always does the cake to specification (whatever the theme!). Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you!

I had afternoon tea here today and it really was lovely. I booked in advance and was asked if there where any special requests which was a lovely gesture.



The food was lovely, the finger sandwiches where very well filled and the fruit cake was out of this world. We even came away with a doggie bag as we couldn't finish it all.



The ladies where very friendly and welcoming and checked we didn't need any more drinks and that everything was alright.

Had a fabulous afternoon festive tea today. Food was amazing and more than enough to feed us all. (And we eat ALOT) Couldn’t have asked for better service. Would definitely recommend .. they even sorted out a vegetarian selection for us. Lovely place �

Bloody lovely! Me, my 2 year old daughter and my best friend planned a nice girly get together for the afternoon festive tea. The food was fantastic, it was homemade and there was so much of it! We actually came away with 3x takeaway boxes with what we hadn't been able to eat between the 3 of us. My friend who had been on afternoon teas elsewhere in the past, told me this was by far the best she had been to, with the right balance of savory and sweet food. Aswell as food, we were given Bucks Fizz and Coffee and it really was such a lovely, lovely atmosphere. The ladies were so nice to talk to and were attentive, even offering if needed to make extra sandwiches with a filling of my choice for my daughter. I honestly couldn't recommend it enough and we will most definitely be booking for the same again next year and afternoon teas in between. To top it off, the price of it all was fantastic and I would happily have paid more.

Attended the medium evening with Lisa Bonito Day and was amazed! I was a little unsure at first, but decided to out of curiosity. I didn't think for one minute that my grandma was waiting to make contact. I was totally amazed at the detail Lisa gave me. It was a brilliantly organised evening with great food and drink. I'll be back for sure!

Absolutely would recommend the festive afternoon tea,, amazing quality and so much food for just 2 people. Really good selection of savoury and sweet with a glass of bucks fizz to welcome you.. excellent staff,well worth the money ���
