Thank you so much to everyone at Kesgrave Hall, especially Gwenny and her team for ensuring everyone at our wedding had the most amazing time. Every little detail was organised so that the day ran perfectly smoothly. From the slices of wedding cake in our room for when we went to bed to ensure we didn't miss out, to the breakfast invites in our guests rooms for the following morning, everything was more than we could have wished for. Our guests have been nothing but complimentary on the venue, the food and the staff! We cannot wait to come back to celebrate our anniversaries! Thanks again, Loren and Ashton Carter x

Thank you Milsoms the best Christmas Dinner we have ever had, cooked and served to perfection. Management and staff worked hard to ensure everything was just so. Only one bad thing, we will want to do it again next year. Thank you.

My fiancé and I visited for lunch yesterday and the food was out of this world. The staff are always friendly and attentive; you really cannot beat this venue for a relaxing afternoon or evening out. Will be visiting again soon. ⭐️

Lovely place awesome bedrooms downfall people had dogs in the terrace whilst we had breakfast should have a dog owner part as you don’t want breakfast whilst 2 dogs constantly barking at each other

I held a charity ball in Milsoms hanger in aid of the East Anglian Air Ambulance last month. Gwenny the events coordinator was so helpful from start to finish and the event ran so smoothly on the night. We were able to access in plenty of time to set up, the evening ran to time, our guests had delicious food and the venue was top quality. Gwenny was also so supportive and friendly. Thank you Milsoms!

I came here for my sisters wedding and I honestly cannot fault the venue, the rooms or the staff at all! So grateful for the pet rooms which were lovely and spacious and great for the animals to stay in and be able to attend parts of the special day as well! Everyone was super friendly, accommodating and patient as well which really helped to continue to good vibes of the day.

I came for lunch today with my sister and brother in law. Me and my sister both ordered the pork only I require a gluten free diet. When the plates were brought over we noticed my sister's was missing an item so we quietly questioned it and discovered she had been given mine. I wasn't worried, we just exchanged, but the staff memeber's face (didn't get her name sadly) was horrified that this mistake had happened and went out of her way to make up for it. All three of us were VERY impressed! I wasn't going to complain as we noticed before it mattered and I understand mistake do happen on the rare occasion. I cannot praise the team enough for how well they reacted, it clearly shows they are well train and understand diet needs. The food was amazing and I'm really looking forward to my next visit and have every faith this was a one off! I will still happily recommend others with requirements to go! :-D

Having recently stayed at Kesgrave Hall I can honestly say it is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are stylish, clean and of ample size. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

The food is outstanding - with the Green Tai Prawn Curry a firm favourite!!

I cannot recommend this venue enough, for functions and the hotel itself. If I could give more stars I would!!

Had dinner (gorgeous food) stayed the night (best bed ever!) had breakfast (top marks again!) most impressive apart from the surroundings and the hotel itself was the staff, so accommodating and happy and noticed how they all work as a team. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long long time. Will definitely be back �

Had a lovely belated mother’s Day afternoon tea , little mix up with order which we hadn’t noticed but delt with wonderfully complimentary bottle of champagne 🍾 breads and drinks off bill , would highly recommend thank you milsoms for making my mother’s day one to remember x

Food is superb xx Sunday roast to die for,,, £20 well spent for the beef roast x sardines grilled for starters was fab xx cheese board, don’t even go there xxx ��

Came for my sister in laws wedding on Saturday 28th and I have to say the staff did everything to help make her day as magical as possible!! Couldn’t be faulted!! My husband and I were staying with our 5 young children and the staff made sure we had enough beds and a travel cot suitable for all children which made the stay much less stressful knowing we were altogether! The other thing that struck me was the fact that not only did the ladies toilets have baby changing facilities, but the men’s toilets also had baby change facilities in!! Pretty much every other function I have been to either have no baby change or they think that only mother change babies!!!!! Fantastic hotel! Fantastic staff and definitely an establishment I would recommend! Sadly 5* is the most I can give because I would happily give more!!! Thankyou to your staff for helping my sister in law and her husband have a day they will cherish forever!!! ��

The service and waitress,s was very good and the food very tasty but only one complaint is that we were told we couldn’t book a table so when we arrived there was a 45 minute wait for a table and that was after we had queued 15 minutes in the Bar to order our afternoon tea so as you can imagine was very frustrating ...

Best Thai chicken curry i have had so far by far.

Great to relax and quality dine.

Bit noisy but that does not really matter as so many rooms you can retire too and relax after the meal.

The whole experience would have gained five stars but alas i can not give this as basically the friendly banter i like between myself and the staff was not present.



They are very professional and will look after your every whim without any hesitation but i found they acted a bit robot like.

What i meant by this comment is not a negative comment about the staff and service in anyway as our night of dining was second to none.

All i am saying is

I understand that the dining experience has to be professional and it was in every way and i can not justify to say otherwise.

I just would like a bit of interaction between us and the server .

They are instructed to be professional and they were in every way but a little joke got a response as if they were not allowed to interact in any way at all.

Not allowed to laugh or interact.

Great night and enjoyed so much but let the server decide where the limits are please
