Milton Keynes City Orchestra Description
The Milton Keynes City Orchestra is the only professional orchestra in Milton Keynes. It peforms Orchestral concerts at the Milton Keynes Theatre and a series of chamber concerts at Stantonbury Campus Theatre. The Orchestra has a fantastic series of education projects that happen throughout the season. It frequently collaborates with other arts organisations in Milton Keynes, including the Danesborough Chorus, MK Chorale, MK Gallery and Music Service. The Orchestra was founded by Hilary Davan Wetton in 1974 and its Principal Conductor is world renowned conductor, Sian Edwards.
