Two of my favourite venues in Newcastle rolled into one. Two great looking bars that have gone the extra mile to stand out with some nice touches, from the classic movie selection in Mimo's, to the impressive artwork adorning the walls in Metropolis. Some of the best cocktails in the city too!

Really friendly staff. Excellent range of drinks, good offers on 2-4-1 cocktails. Will be back next time we visit Newcastle.

My daughter lost her phone here on Saturday night and the staff could not have been more helpful, both inside staff and door staff. Having located it on find my iPhone as to being still in the premises Tony welcomed us and allowed us access today before they opened for business. Phone retrieved and I can’t thank everyone who helped in this matter enough, they all went out of their way to help.

Funky beatz, groovy atmosphere and bloody brilliant cocktails. Oh and the staff are pretty sexy too, creat your Miami moments here kids

Music was great and the drinks taste nice and everyone was in happy mood and loving life so for my first time here I liked it

the toilets are abysmal. The stench of stale piss takes your breath away� environmental health would have a field day in there .

Used to love metropolis because of the music , was a good r&b pre bar ! Now it’s shit , has shit house music on �

Your bar staff in memos literally pick and choose who they serve it’s awful waited 20 minutes for a drink absolutely awful service

The toilets were the most disgusting toilets I have ever seen in Europe and the staff were very dismissive and rude.

The bar was fine I loved it, but I don't know how you dare let your paying customers use them toilets, the smell from the top of the stairs all the way to the toilets was repulsive, every toilet was blocked, puddles of drity water and piss all over the floor, the smell would make you sick I wouldn't even let my dog take a shit in them.

You need shutting down until you sort your toilets it's embarrassing and unsanitary
