Due to the 2019 Easter Bank Holiday, our offices will be closed from 3pm Thursday 18th April and will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 23rd April.

Wow 😮 what a fantastic outcome from last night's charity auction. £6,000 raised through all of Sellafield's efforts 👏 we thank you immensely!!

There is an amazing opportunity to win some fantastic pieces of art work whilst also supporting us, as part of being Sellafield's Charity of the Year 2019 😀
The auction will be held from 6pm at The Beacon Museum, where our very own Dr Brian Campbell will also be saying a few words.

It has come to our attention that there is an intrusion within social media apps and YouTube videos containing the image of "Momo" which is targeting children and promoting violence and suicide. The image is actually frightening to even look at. We would just like to make any parents aware of this issue and if any further clarification is needed, please don't hesitate to contact us.

for me isolation and loneliness has been a big part of my life, and it has left me in some very dark places, Mind Group Dropins has been huge step forward for me breaking the cycle, and the trips away with like minded people has been a huge help in getting myself to a better place both mentally and emotionally, I don't think I would of coped without their support.

excellent charity for mental health, helped me when i left therapy, now im volunteering for MiWC, i feel its helped me with my confidence, proud to be putting back what they have given me! Wigton group, the methodist chruch, 1-3pm Tuesday

What a great weekend away at Keswick from start to finish didnt want hols to end with mind. All new members made welcome its like a big family everyone friendly come and join us

Mind is cool it give me something to do and staff are really cool

It saved my life, I love all my friends who go to the drop ins and miss them wen there not there thank you to everyone who works for mind you truly are life savers xxxx

I love mind and am very happy to be a volunteer with them, they have helped me through some really tough times and for that I'm truly greatfull. :-)
